    Hi, anythingoes , I used to read a lot of posts about you,you're lurchers and days out with the terriers( wish there were more post of that sort of honest or real days activities) even out with the ferret or a few hours for rabbits, were you not in the lamping competition at one stage?     The problem is that people don't know how to complain!! They don't know there rights as a human being and they DAM WELL don't understand the powers granted to the SSPCA at the drop of a hat!! If people could elaborate as to what the SSPCA can and can't do (with or without a warrant) then maybe then the complaints would start filtering through. What is harassment? What is there opinion of cruelty? How does that count against yours? Are they professionals that can give that opinion ? How many times can they visit a premise without just cause ?     It might not be much of a problem this time of year but if you dont cure them properly like you are saying then the blowflies will lay eggs on the skins & the maggots will make it useless. This happened to me before, even though I scraped it clean. I think some sort of curing would be a better idea & would mean the skin could be used for longer. Cheers Nessie a suppose every one has there own way of doing things , but if its scaped clean and salted well then the fly's should leave it well alone and have no maggot issues.
