  9. Cross wise i've 3/4 whippet 1/4 grey and 3/4 whippet 1/4 bull, tho i wish i they had a bit of saluki in the mix for the extra stamina
  10. I'd get 2 bud, if you work them its good to have one to fall back on if the other gets injured, plus it would most likely be a companion for the other dog, Best thing i did was get another (the 3rd really pissed ther missis off) mine all get on but there's no guarntee tho, i have 2 bithches and 1 dog
  11. Just went for a strole out with the dogs late morning, on way back to the car one of the dog pull out a rabbit out of the bushes, on inspection one eye puffed out nearly closed the other going the same way! Just hope this cold weather may keep it at bay, im absolutely gutted, Merry Christmas!
  12. Nice one, i take it thats what you wanted to send me!
  13. I've just been through the same thing with mine, really was getting worried and frustrated, he kept missing, didnt seem to be running quick enough, it looked like he was fannying around, told the missis i was packing it in etc, so i left it for 8 days and when i went out he was back on it, think i may of been over doing it, not so much with the running but with going out too much
  14. i prob wouldn't as it may start to get frustrated and start to yap, dont want it to pick up any bad habbits , but if you did decide to go maybe just go for a quick watch
  15. i,ve a whippet, bull whippet and a grey x whippet, nice dogs, good size for my circumstances, but i wish i'd of gone for something with a bit of saluki in(although you're not that keen) , just for stamina reasons. The whippet x grey runs rabbits all night, but if if by accident it puts up a hare or two and has a good run it does stuff him a bit.
  16. Good dogs, usually have a good wack of stamina too
  17. Haha, cheers guys, yes it could of been worse it could of been feed the bear or the dogs!!

  19. Nice looking pups, i couldnt do it, i'd end up wanting to keep the whole lot!
  20. Not if i can help it, had a few injuries cause of this, but like someone said the dog goes where the quarry goes!
  21. Pics like that get me into trouble, it usually ends up in me bringing another dog home and the missis going mental!
