  1. Just recently bought a whippet pup. Long time since my other dogs were that age. What dry dog food do people recommend. Cheers
  2. Posting this for a mate on hear who has no patience with computers, looking for a saluki greyhound whippet ( or something to that effect) Must be ok with livestock & other dogs Cheers
  3. Rang Tia greyhound and lurcher rescue centre near me a week back, nothing there, didn't expect ought but thought it worth a try, keep looking tho!
  4. added the link on facebook bud, i'll keep an eye out west yorkshire way, hope you find your dogs and string the b&st&rds up who knicked em
  5. i've a 3/4 whippet 1/4 bull, she's pretty hardy and does try to work cover but her coat is really thin and often comes off cut, could use a jacket i expected, lovely little dog other wise
  6. Think somones dropped it. Im just hoping the infected ones have stayed on top, but if they've gone to ground due to the cold then jobs f***ed!

  8. Mine are house dogs so their size suits me, plus i only run rabbits and the odd hare i accidently put up
  9. Cross wise i've 3/4 whippet 1/4 grey and 3/4 whippet 1/4 bull, tho i wish i they had a bit of saluki in the mix for the extra stamina
  10. I'd get 2 bud, if you work them its good to have one to fall back on if the other gets injured, plus it would most likely be a companion for the other dog, Best thing i did was get another (the 3rd really pissed ther missis off) mine all get on but there's no guarntee tho, i have 2 bithches and 1 dog
  11. Just went for a strole out with the dogs late morning, on way back to the car one of the dog pull out a rabbit out of the bushes, on inspection one eye puffed out nearly closed the other going the same way! Just hope this cold weather may keep it at bay, im absolutely gutted, Merry Christmas!
  12. Nice one, i take it thats what you wanted to send me!
  13. I've just been through the same thing with mine, really was getting worried and frustrated, he kept missing, didnt seem to be running quick enough, it looked like he was fannying around, told the missis i was packing it in etc, so i left it for 8 days and when i went out he was back on it, think i may of been over doing it, not so much with the running but with going out too much
  14. i prob wouldn't as it may start to get frustrated and start to yap, dont want it to pick up any bad habbits , but if you did decide to go maybe just go for a quick watch
