    Got a HW35 export model in .22 ,not been used for a while ,took it out on the weekend and it sounds terrible , twang from the spring upon firing , wondering wether to order a tune kit or just clean and relube ,can,t recall if there is a spring guide in this rifle or not ,usually the twang is from the spring out of shape and tension ,from previous guns I,ve done ,anybody done a HW35 lately ?

    Never been to this one and after reading the info. on there does,nt seem much to attract me either , its more like a country show as opposed to a game fair plus can,t see any mention of trade stands if any , I like to browse for gear when at a good show and look at latest guns on the trader stands .

    I think that a lot of you misunderstood my reasoning for locations (and by the way I have been on a lot of shooting forums for longer than a few of you have been into fieldsports , but the point was when looking at a hunting related item (gun,rifle etc.) for sale I personally would like to know how far from me it was before entering into negotiations to buy , I did not want to see a list of where people live and I,m sure if we give the antis enough ammo they would find out a lot of locations just by reading between the lines and looking at some of the photos on here ! If anyone on here thinks

    As per title Gunmark Kestrel 12 gauge s/s with 3" chambers n/e choked 1/2 and full ,clean gun face to face only to certificate holders £250 or will part ex. plus cash for Rapid .20 or .177 cal in good order or will consider 20 gauge semi or over and under ,cash either way depending on condition and make ,multi choke preferred .

    I hav,nt been a member on here for long but I,ve noticed that lots of the members don,t have a town as thier location , this makes it impossible to gauge wether its worth contacting the member if you need to meet up (as sale transaction) if they post location i.e.S. Wales , it,s still large area from S to N or E to West ! Just A thought if you really want to sell .

    Well I,ve been shooting quite a while now(see my newbie post)and I,ve got several spingers one of which is a BSA Mercury I bought new and also have new pcp AAs200 along with quite a few other well made rifles and firearms and to be honest anything beyond 35yds even in ideal conditions I would consider to be .22 rimfire range and then only with a scope as even though you may have the penertration if hit in a kill zone you will find a pellet has slowed down sufficiently that any movement of the quarry in the time after you pulled the trigger will result in a wounded animal (something no good hun

    Hi all, I,m a newbie here but been on several other fieldsport/shooting forums for few years now , I,m no youngster as I started shooting in 67/68 (while back now)and ferreting and hunting with terriers (at 1st)followed on to lurchers and more recently a whippet pup . I live in south Wales (nr Abergavenny) still shoot (airgun and firearms)and still have a terrier (Jack russell/border)but she is now retired (15 last Easter)and the last of my feerets are now gone. I,m a keen biker(motor)and have just bought a VW camper for my forays further afield with dogs in situ.
