    Our ability to hunt game with dogs is always under assault from the animal rights people and our progressive government.     I found with one of my collars which wouldn't turn on, if I left the batteries out for a couple of days it works fine,it's almost as though it builds static up inside, I am no electrician but it really does work for me,

    Rich at 28 weeks the should have been laying as far as I am aware, not at point of lay, I find them hard to age some are obviously old birds by there condition,as said above put some pictures up,that might get you more of a idea off of people,

    I understand the need for disease control, I have seen this little river turn around well, in last ten yr and maybee it's better left alone, I would have loved to give it a little helping hand, but I really do not like red tape myself, and would hate to cause more harm than good.

    Do you need tickets/ licences to release brown trout, and I am in Cumbria I recon the goo sander and cormorants are the culprits around me, the otters seem to show up sporadically, as though they are following fish up river, here one minute gone the next,

    If it knows your are there it will run when shot, and if it doesn't more often than not it will drop where it stands, if that means the animal dies a little more stressed, then that's about all, so I suppose at most it might take a little longer for the neat to relax, when hung, as for taint, I have never noticed one, but that's me,
