  1. At last a judge that wasn't afraid to pick working terriers, i been to more than my share of WORKING TERRIER shows over the past few years and i'm sick to death of seeing non working show type terriers winning in working terrier shows. If the show is advertised as a working terrier show, only working terriers should be picked.Well done lads a great day for the workers, people should take note
  2. I have seen a few of his dogs, hard dogs to say the least, one of my mates bought a bitch from him as a pup, kept her for 18 mts and tryed her.......she failed. Alan rang one day enquiring about the bitch, and replaced her free of charge when he heard she didn't work, you couldn't ask for better than that, you have to respect a man like that
  3. We had a good day, pity about the few showers, one point worth sayin is you need to speed things up,way too long, nobody wants to look at a heavy class,or a pair class with only one entry in each class, thats why most people were gone home before it was over, need to think about changing this lads
  4. You can't just pick a date and say you're holdin your show on that date, you'll have to take what ever date is left for you. There are clubs and groups running shows every weekend from may onwards, with the last few years on the same date each year,so its not a good idea to pick a date out of your head...if you want to get suported.Your best bet is to go to johnny85's show, which is the first show of the year, gather as much info from flyers as you can,and then try and pick a date.If you are lucky enough to get a free sunday,go buy a lotto ticket!!! best of luck
