    Coundnt we all make a big deal about our own lines and strains of ferrets? Its a load of bullshit mate ferrets are ferrets you get good ones and bad ones regaurdless on what strain there off .

    I know people that worm them, ferrets can get worms you would see segmants in there shite and its not always obvious worms like people say you would see.

    I handle them as much as possible and when they bite harder i put my fingers in there mouths,should eventuly grow out of it.

    I have one of those ive found it blocks easy, as for cleaning bottles use a bottle brush there about 50p the kind they use for babys bottles or give it a good shake.

    Brought a pair of dimorphics 3 weeks ago they are in a breeding cage tempory whilst in quarenteen the hen has nested and layed eggs do you recon the chicks will be ok this late or shall i just take the eggs off? (They are in a green house)

    If you have space/time/money build a 8ft by 2ft with a lifting lid 2ft bedding area a smaller seperate lid in the area where they shite a good sized hutch will keep them fit nd happy.

    Sounds like a phantom pregnancy i wouldnt bother breeding your own as its useally more trouble than its worth theres plenty of ferrets about for sale/free to good home seem to be hard to rehome this year. Atb.

    Its just what happens at this time of year when they moult out the shite under the tail fur is supposed to be oils,wax and dirt ive been told.

    Ah i think theres one or two at pets at home that are fairly decent have a quick look on ebay aswell.

    f****n charmin that we are keeping a pup so were getting rid of this one! Looks like a nice dog and if the breedings what u sed it is it should be fairly decent.

    Glad you asked jamie im also wondering the same do they charge per rabbit they kill or per bury/per hour or what as i know there are a handfull of fulltime rabbit catchers still.

    Clean it with jeyes fluid then hoes it out then put loads of powder down.

    I get mine done in october after there born in spring with no probs i thought i was a castration that need to be done when there bollox drop when in season.

    Today the butcher tryed chargeing a fiver for a bag of meat off cuts for ferret food which he was going to throw away! what a tight tosser.
