No grouper yet Sean, that's what I was aiming for when I caught the shark, when I first hooked it I was sure it was a grouper as it just felt huge! Lol

I went there to see that bit of bridge mate, its the original rail bridge that rich plantation owner built to originally connect the keys, back in early 1900s, mad bit of engineering for that time.. its in Bahia Honda state park, beautiful area all round.. 7 mile bridge is pretty awesome as well I think you'd like this place as well. The oldest fort in the states at the far end of Key West.

You can feed the tarpon there, dangle a fish over the jetty and the leap out and take it out of your hand... I didn't let go quick enough and ended up elbow deep in its gob.. grazed the shit out of the back of my hand..lol Oh and mangrove snapper have ridiculous teeth, had them though my thumb as well... im learning the hard way lol

What a place! Never fished anywhere like it, I could live here no worries.. Put a live bait down on 15lb class gear and caught a 8ft lemon shark... God knows the weight, probably 200lb or so.. Caught loads of snapper, Jack's etc.. good food, sunshine, took the boat to a dockside bar had a few too many so got Fin to get an uber to us and take the boat home ..mental place lol

f***ing embarrassing, Joshua didn't let his hands go at all for 4 rounds, it must've been scripted.. other than the last punch (which i don't think was full blown), Joshua was air punching more than anything, he was throwing jabs from 8ft away ffs! I expect nothing less from Jake Paul, but Joshua is a complete sell out now, Usyk must be laughing his nuts off.

Got to say I'm pleased with this one, 14 days to complete, for us, floor layers in tomorrow, we were bang on time! 2 weeks ahead on this one, poured the slab during the storm, the lads floated it to 10pm, fair play to them. Frame going up next week Area completed on this one yesterday, 3500m2 overclad, in the dry for Xmas Finley has been taking the lead on this one, really pleased with him, hope to f**k he keeps at it so I can retire lol

Surf and turf this year, on the barbie in the sun.... can't wait, we've hosted pretty much every year for over 20 years, no decorations up, no cooking, no running around like a mad man... happy days lol

Worked away a lot over the years, always take the rods (sea or coarse depending) and a lurcher if we could get away with it, one of the lads who worked for me a lot back then was and still is mad for the dogs, well any poaching really, we didnt spend many nights un... we ate well, from game or fish.. he took a roe into a small pub in Penistone, Yorkshire, we were on a big Tesco's job, the landlady was great in that pub, had a venison roast dinner on the table for us after work... few of the old boys joined us...they hated us for building a Tesco in there lovely old village, but got to like us

Stayed in Wokinham when we were on a big job in Bracknell, not far from Slough, was there for nearly 8 months, renting a house had 14 of us in there at one point lol.. Took a lurcher with us and had great fun on the massive gardens around Windsor area on the Muntjac, late night lamping..in and out was the only way, lots of venison stews back the digs to keep the boys going... purple Turtle in Reading was a decent end to a night on the piss, going back 15 years or more now, thought I hated it at the time...was a great time looking back!

A run around the sites today.. Ready for pouring on Tuesday The boys are smashing this roof on, Fin is loving it lol Got back to the bed centre later and mucked in with the lads for a couple of hours. Picked up a nice one today to start in the new year, a refurb on a big old unit to turn it into a gym, few fancy bits on it... best thing is it's right outside one of our main competitors office... be a fair lump of signage on this one lol

Its an old family business mate, one side is his bed company 40 tear old firm, the other side is hos furniture company.. he's now bought the middle unit so is knocking holes through into the 2 other show rooms and it will become one big furniture showroom.. Some of the beds are over £10k with a mattress, proper top of the range stuff... no idea on makes or models, I've been keeping the wife a very long way away from.this job!! Lol

2 weeks to go and we booked the boat yesterday. 25ft self drive fishing boat for a week, delivered to our air bnbs private dock, live tank well, fish finder etc...to say I'm excited is an understatement... been waiting for this since I was 8 years old lol
