Yes mate, exactly like that
-
We use Renolit Alkorplan membrane, mate, it's a great system but a bit more involved imo than traditional roof cladding...
-
If it was me.. I'd keep the joists exposed as a feature, ply over the top and then insulate above the ply, either with a hard celotrx type insulation or use small roof zeds (metal) and insulate between with cladding roll... (That would be cheaper)... When your closer I'll send you typical details mate, send me your email address again and I'll send you some info so it works... If not a busman's holiday is on the cards! Lol

Word of advice mate, don't just put insulation between roof joists and then roof straight on top, you'll have cold spots over the joists that will condensate.. you need to insulate above the joists as well, can be a lesser thickness but will prevent condensation mate, we've been to a few "leaks" that are due to this..

RIP Toto... Italia 90 belonged to him...

Profile 3 is the smaller type half round, don't go for big 6 profile it looks too industrial

Yes like the old asbestos sheets but no asbestos, plus can get coloured, black or slate blue look best for domestic imo.. lots of positives to using this instead of tin plus imo they look smarter than your traditional tin sheet and same kind of cost... We do a fair bit of bespoke builds, using different materials, hand pressed aluminium or zinc etc ... But I'd go profile 3 at my place and I know Wilf place is similar Brothers just done a huge extension in his, used copper fascias , black hand pressed material, aluminium caps in black etc...it looks the bollocks, but his is a fairly new h

Thinking about this last night mate and as the lads have said ventilation is key, I would also use a fibre cement board on the roof, if use profile 3 style.. weve done a few domestic projects with it in black or slate blue, looks really smart..biggest advantage is it minimises the noise of rain plus doesn't sweat like a tin sheet... I clad the inside of my bar with cut down pallet wood, it looks really authentic and is easy to use/cheap

Wondered why mine had got so busy! Lol

Parallel lives mate! Lol 7 years for my girl, she'll be 26 in November and is back living a great life out all the time not a care, I'm pleased she is...f**k he was a life sponge... Polite enough, no trouble etc but absolutely nothing going on .. she's been home since march now, I can't see her leaving any time soon ..lol
-
Love that mate, my kind of project! Give me a bell if you need anything.,.. good luck to your girl, mines moved home as well, binned the useless twat of a boyfriend and is like a new girl...like boomerangs eh! Lol

Well done Ross, good cause as well...we're going through it with the mother in law at the minute... Will get the wife to put money over later mate

Agree with most of that mate, I think HD will develop further though, his link up play in his first season was terrible, yet I think he broke the prem record for most goals in a season?... as an out and out goal scorer he's phenomenal, he doesn't seem to care if he touches the ball only 3 times in a game as l9ng as those 3 touches are goals.. its a mindset very few have, the enjoyment for most is playing (being involved) for him it is only scoring...Pep knows his limitations and his strong points..he's already got 10 of the best ball players/passers in the league (including the goalie)..
-
Thank you mate, hard to disagree...but...lets see what today brings...all the best old chap lol
-
Ole was saying to sign him when he was at Molde, rumour has it Haaland wouldn't sign for Utd because is the incident with his Dad and Keane...probably media shit, but I don't think there is any love for UTD from.the Haaland family

@WILF After a shaky start the wife seemed to enjoy herself...lol
-
We've got tickets for them in a small venue in Bristol in October... she watched them at Boardmasters a few weeks back...
-
One of those albums you can listen to from start to finish and skip nothing, some of their newer stuff is a bit too "clever" for me, my youngest girl loves them, wants to be a music journalist, music is all she talks about! Lol She's got me onto a band called Wunderhorse recently (been telling me to listen to them for months, I gave in last week! Lol) Give them a listen, I think you'd like them.

Radiohead back in the day would've been amazing, the Bends album is one of my all time favourites

My watch tomorrow night... Mrs is a proper convert! Lol

Truro had a good side when I was playing, one of the clubs I played for nicked there coach and half the side..most of my mates left and it ruined the club, they'd play the game pick up their envelope and bugger off over the border, left the club like a ghost town by 7pm..lol... I followed the exodus in the end, got offered a few quid to stay but they wanted to play me at centre back, f**k that not enough discipline lol, was only a youngster 19 maybe, was our boyhood club and they nearly f****d it with fairly big player wage bill (for that standard) and no thought on the social element, expecte

Hes in his prime now, I know you get these young strikers that hit the ground running, but perhaps he's learnt his craft the hard way and by 24 was scoring regularly, for Peterborough and Brentford his stats are very good, the only caveat for me is the amount of penalties included in those stats (50 maybe?) I think he'd suit UTD, he's got a bit of swagger and doesn't seem overawed by the big occasion or the responsibility. To have RVP working with him and Hojland you'd have that competition thats so needed imo...Still think he'll end up at Chelsea though as the pay day is huge and he's lo
