  1. tiny ive sent 2 soon to be 3 males over and theres breeders over there from way back...besides phil and sonatal flyn (nailer x scorpio) good dog. legion well nuf said .anything from nine is more bull blooded so anything from a apbt and legion has to be more bull than plummer. DBp..as far as I can see theres not much purebreeding hes ever done.... infact in 1999 when he started medling the dogs were begining to right themselves and bred true outside influnces were disaperaing then ....bang plum does one. Quoteing the every "ten generations bang in some bull blood." try telling any thr
  2. More like deflation... What with you breeding shite with shite. FTB Well I disagree about your last remark, and must say that even with infalation i doubt even I would'nt pay that sort of price for a terrier..when they may well get lost to ground months later..infact even earlier my 9week old plummer was to ground yesterday for 30 minutes ..damn nosey thing found it likes bunnies. Here we go sarahn youve got laf toka
  3. 28 30 lbs Id say thats way to big for fox ..fit only for the others and with that much bull blood a waste of a plummer.
  4. Aprently the braes of derwent hunt used one I saw them at Bris and didnt like the rough hairs..but they do hunt well. I have seen the f1s hunt well..very well to well for the owner lol..as they buggered off rapid style.
  5. Well the film said £350 infalation etc etc..
  6. quote...... "remarkable prices are obtainable for working terriers now...£350 is not uncommon you see them many times in exchange and mart".. Plummer in the film hunting man recorded early 1980s i suspect ...by the way this was filmed over here and not in ireland ...so £300 ..30 years later should be what £900 ...must rethink my prices
  7. i can gaurantee you that no genuine digging man in ireland(i mean genuine, not the rest)would have a plummer dog in their yard.they never have or will stick the pace of long digs of many hours over many seasons.they maybe fine to kill a few rats and hunt some cover but they are not working dogs. For those lovely irish lads ..we have sent digging dogs over many times and in fact one english breeder now in ireland sold dogs to a southern hunt.. For those looking for dogs in Ireland they are there but spread about and because they have a tendency to get nicked (due to there superior w
  8. Some lads in the eighties bid over £1000 for plummers because they were good working lines ...some are still good working earth dogs ..but due to the amount of plummers being bred they are cheaper. I've given dogs away many many times, and asked for returns in the future but the owners never oblidge..so now everyone but the closet of friends pay..and if they want another (which is the norm) and the owners become reliable and trustworthy then they usualy do very well from me. Infact one bitch and a dog are going for free to ireland as a promise i made months ago.. Check out countr
  9. think i will let the other boys reply to this.cant see you being a very well liked man after that statement fella. truth hurts...
  10. Some have gone to digging homes some have gone to ratting homes some go to show homes and some go to pet homes ..one went as sniffer dog once and one even went to agility. but nobody said they were ripped off..£300 is an averge price ...if not cheaper than many plummers. As for your twenty quid terriers nope not for me mating working to worker means nowt ...pedigrees mean better predictablity for the breeders of genuine working terrier men.
  11. Fecking lier. Theres not a man alive who breeds any type terrier that could guarantee that. FTB read the post again garntuee to "satsify the customer " mine work all my terriers work they are part of my tool bag for my job. i didnt say that the pups are garunteed to work but ive had nobody ever in 22 years come back and sya the were not satisfied and wanted money back which is here anytime...now go back to the cupboard and select the right pills this time to calm yourself down.
  12. Over 100, christ on a bike what a peddler. You cant even compare yourself with nuttal, he has gave alot more to the dogworld than your fancy russels ever could have. What % of yours work as opposed to the % nuttal has bred? Your pedigrees arent worth a fuuck either, paper proves nothing. Im not going to bang on about Nuttal, because I know he fires them out too...but at least his have working blood in them. To give a guarantee that your dogs will do rats shows what shite they really are...feck me I could buy a yorkie and be faily confident it would do rats. FTB 100 in 2
  13. Don't think so stick to the show ring show pony Show ring yep show my dogs at our club show every year ..but dont go anywhere else showing aint my thing..im to busy training the terriers ,,
  14. thats a joke in my opinion people come on here and slate nuttall gould etc for decent bred black dogs at 250 lets be honest here a plummer is a cross between a beagle and a russell theres bandy leg jack russell that everyone own one time or another that could hunt dig foxes and kill rats better than any plummer this site is a hunting forum pedigree mean shit you should be ashamed to charge 300 to anyone Beagle cross jacks...your talking about 30 years ago you need to update yourself and over 100 of my customers cant be wrong ...makes me ask how many do you think nuttal has sold?
  15. i would give a money back garuntee on my three legged goat if it was for killing rats 300 quid for a hyped up terrier that is actually a very bad copy of the proper jack russell you s guys make me laugh 5 genration pegigree is not worth the paper its wrote on 17 quid will buy you a rat trap and it will be still alive think i ll stick with it maybe even sell a few rats to you guys a rat killing three legged goat wow. .like to see that ..does it use it feet or horns ..think youve been hanging around the goats to long ..have you a long goaty beard ..think you must be linebred to your
  16. will do when the lass who took them sorts them..they be on the epts forum first ..
  17. Thats some pedigree - nice - any photos? - any litters planned forward? With Plummers you get history to, making the breeding of working stock more predictable. Have further litters due but all spoken for . No pics but a friend came today and took loads ..so some in the pipe line.
  18. Just today sold a plummer terrier bitch pup, with 5 generation pedigree (but has 32 plus gens) and microchiped and wormed money back garuntee for £300 my new 2010 price. Dogs £275. Keeping her sister.
