    Has anyone owned a yapper that still did them proud? yes can a dog that yaps still put game in a bag? yes what would anyone advice be to minimizing yapping? give the dog a break over summer then try again on dead easy slips give the dog every advantage. will some dogs be silent and then on occasion let out a yip and yap?

    some of the good collie traits the psychological ones that i like are still showing through to this day, 3 generations later in one of my dogs, my scout x storm dog, through Storm Benji and Kim the saluki, (luckily for me only the good collie traits too, and in the right amount, the ones i want in a dog ) sired by scout this is the most eager to please, the most intelligent dog ive owned in 40 yrs of keeping lurchers, he's never put one foot wrong, in my eyes, great grandson of kim the saluki through benji

    i will be going on the north yorkshire swale later on today and fish till after dark for the barbel, its only 10 minutes from my house, so ive got a few spots where i know the barbel will be for sure, my biggest barbel from the swale is 12lbs 08ozs the record for the swale is 14lbs 01oz back in 2007, I've been checking the river out up until yesterday and it is just about right, so fingers crossed, I've got the rest of the week off work too, and so i will be going down to the a1 pits stretch of the Trent for a day or two as well and a session or two on the nidd near wetherby is on the car

    very nice mate was it good in the field? cheers mate, yes he was a pretty good all rounder, i used him for lamping mainly (anything) but he was ok on a hare or two during the day too.
