out walking with wife and young dog one night on local playing field wich has woods on one side and a golf course on the other. as we were walking the dog noticed somthing behind us i flashed my tourch to see what it was and there was a set of eyes looking back at me told the wife it was a fox she told me to get the dog on the lead as she didnt like me to hunt fox, defenitly when she was there with me but to late the dog had seen it and was off after the fox . the fox had to much of a head start and the dog lost it as it hit the woods, i called the dog back put it on the lead and we walked on

i agree with most that you said, but i believe they are breeding in some areas of the uk and that the reason there are less sightings is because the vast majority of people in the uk are so urbanised, fat, drunken or lazy that they spend less time in the countryside than they would have in the 's, 90's sad thing is its my generation that is this way. these days its a case of why walk when you can drive, why go hunting when you can go drinking, worlds gone to f**k. I AGREE WITH YOU ABOUT THE MAJORITY OF PEOPLE IN THE UK ARE SO URBANISED THAT THEY SPEND LESS TIME IN THE COUNTRYSIDE

this topics been covered before... i saw the rutland panther bout 8yrs ago.... dont know whether id be bothered to hunt them. saying that i only started hunting fox after 1 ate a few of my hens, guess if one took livestock on me i might take more of an interest in hunting them then. didnt no this topic had been coverd before, must ov missed it :blush: was just intrested what people thought, personaly i would love to look for one......

ive got cats me self but if they went in sum ones garden and a dog bit them i wouldnt blame the owner or the dog cat should of been quiker dogs will chase cats its in there nature nothing u can do about it. if i saw sum 1 slip a dog on 1 of my cats it would be a difrent story.

very good point mate got 5 kids tho an three ov them older so think other kids think twice before bad naming them lol an half the kids when asked think chips come from shops not potatoes ..... so god nos where meat comes from .....
