Hi mate you could keep a team of 9 or 12 widowhood Cock birds in there...I suggest you buy the racing pigeon magazine for more info.it can be a costly sport with clocks ,baskets corn etc..oh and a lot of folk willing to sell you shite birds jst to get your money.find a local flyer and ask them if they can help.best of luck and hope you enjoy.

Hi members I've come to notice my Isabel redpoll lately seems off colour,symptoms are heavy breathing with dropped wings ,she still eats and drinks bt I wonder if she has had a type of fit.the bird is around 3 yrs.old.any advice greatfully accepted thanks .j

Thanks lads I should of mentioned the birds are in separate flights.what is your feeding routine lads?I have noticed a lot of jackdaws around lately also a rew magpies I'm wondering if this is the cause.maybe next time I will try and breed in cages.my mate also gas same problem with he,s redpolls bt other birds he has are laying fine including his bullfinch pair.

Looking for advise on breeding my redpolls I have lesser and normal redpolls .they have just recentlybuilt nests although the normal redpolls seem to have pulled it out the next day.also I have found eggs that look like they have been thrown out of nests.I'm guessing the cock birds are responsible for this ,any thoughts on this thanks.

after a long absence from ferreting me and my mate decided to get back to it.so thanks to pipa who repaired my locator box and ryhope toma who supplied two great little ferrets and kile who sold us some top nets we have planned a day out ferreting tomorrow to some old places we used to go to all them years ago.it wil be a change from our usuall nighttime mooches with guns n lamp.so its a early rise in mornin and hopefully a great day.cheers to all members who got us sorted.
