    Wouldn't worry too much about the knockers mate you'll always get your sceptics some folk still don't believe they put a man on the moon !! or that the holocaust happened Their choice .The reality is there will be plenty dogs up and down the country that could equal or better the numbers my dogs did but that don't mean i enjoyed it any less and that was the whole point of going , it's a hobby for me nothing more .     Great post mate and a great advert for these hunting sites , 3 lads that met through a hunting site ending up on a trip like that , now thats how it should be Hard to beat a night on the lamp in good company whatever the result .

    Ha ha yeah the " old owner " probably found it tougher than the dogs !! , upmost respect to any of them lads that do the 100 it takes a special dog and that has to be matched by the owner !! . Don't think my 2 will ever be fit enough or capable of matching that acheivement but one things certain i'm NOT lol

    Been a slow start to the season for me so far had Mae out twice and Lilly just the once !! Got wind of a good bit of good land so booked a week off and did a bit of travelling see if i can put a few bunnies under their belts , here's how it went Mon night , clear sky but dark and windy . Bingo !! off we go , decided to run Mae first as she's very inexperienced with less than 100 bunnies to her name !!     Well i definately felt like a pensioner thats for sure , phew it doesn't get any easier clambering up them bloody hills, sure you'll vouch for that Andy lol . Enjoyed last night, all three dogs performed admirably and no ego's involved it's a great game to be in on nights like that . As for the retreiving well Lilly's just a natural and i believe Chester was the same so there was always a good chance Mae would be a decent carrier , i've heard Derbylads Xena is a natural retreiver it's in the genes i think
