Ask the vets if they'll rejab them for free when they come back in season in around 6weeks time? and more than likely 6 weeks after the second one Y.I.S Leeview Thanks for the tip, would it be worth getting a hob vasectomised? As previously stated early morning or afternoon is best, for squirrels I take the dogs as well and shoot the dreys/nest and this usually gets them out of bed and moving, cover your face with a green or camo scarf and hat this is essential if you want to get close to any game! Take a lighter, if they go to ground in a tree use this to smoke them out. All other game such as pigeon, crows ect, stalk quietly and know your land, if they can't see you they will probably smell you or hear you. You can do well with pheasant at night this time of year they roost in trees and there silouhet stands o

Hi mate, Keep trying mate, I used to put an old cricket stump in the ground and throw a sheet over it like the open end of a scout tent (stops the shot flying everywhere so you can re use it) I would then try and hit the stump, if you can consistently hit that roughly in the same place u can hit the neck or head of anything!   14. cheers pal i like the old styels the got some carricter to em just like my dad used to make the good old travelers ones Nothing better than a nice Catty made the old way, mi grandad used to go out and tie his forks in trees through spring then cut em when sap droped, he made some nice ones too, Simple but effective in the right hands!   18. yes mate got elastic,black stuff like yours i havnt tried those flat bands they all using at the minute so dont know how they compare Nice one, should work with either elastic, was going to try some flat next myself, Pm me your details will sort something out pal! Cheers Tony
