    Out last night 5 hours 2 dogs 2 runs one rabbit Its really bad round our way (west yotkshire). Hope things get better soon for the dogs sake.

    Its taken almost 3years for the rabbits to come back on my best permision. Happy days took belle for a look other night and there all over the place . Belle had 3 slips and pick 2 up that will do for a start to the season. GAME ON

    Belle would never bring anthing back I tryed everything. When she started caching rabbits she would pin them down till I got there. One night she had a long run and she was about 2 hundred yards away I just put the beem in front of her and she followd it all the way in. She now brings all caches to hand live. So dont worry im sure youll be fine just keep trying it will come good im sure.

    Not seen any balls down holes. New one on me that. Will have to keep an eye out for new land me thinks.

    Me and dave went lamping to what as been our faverate permission for 3 seasons now in huddersfield. We have 270 acers of good rabbiting land. The thing is that We only sore 1 rabbit all the way roud and that 1 was in an edge bottom and not worrh running. We have seen the rabbits decrease. Over the last few weeks and no sign of mixy its unbelivable this place was over run for years. We started with 1 dog and now work 4 . So we are now looking for new permision To keep the dogs goin. Is enyone els going through the same thing.

    Already have some permission around huddersfield but could do with some more. The farms we work are pleased with all we do. Referances can be shown if needed. All dogs used are broken to stock. Careful lurcher men with years of experience. Look forward to hearing from you. Thanks

    Lamp on hilly fields and sometimes it lights the next field. Rabbits getting a bit shy. Think a shorter been would help.

    I have a blazerlight. Lamp can you put a 50w bulb in it. The 100w is 2 bright sometimes. Just a thought.

    My bedlington whippet has bald back legs, its just on the back but it spoils an othere wise great looking little bitch. What can I do to help her out. Its not itchy or even bothering her !

    ill try all that. she is really keen and i will enjoy trying to win her over. training in the environment we work in would never have crossed my mind and i have used treats and it just hasn't worked so a rag it is then. she is kenneled outside with my 7 month old deerhound greyhound x greyhound bearded collie but they come in of an evening should the training be done 1 on 1.

    Can you help. i have a 15 month old bedlington whippet X greyhound bedlington whippet. all seemed to be going well. she has had 4 rabbits but she has started to hunt up after missing lamped rabbits she will go off for up to 10 - 15 mins and will not come in. she will come to me but then stop 10 feet away and wait for me to go to her. also the rabbits she has got she pins to floor and will not pick them up. do i need to give her more time or is there anything i can do to help her come on.
