    Walked round these woods with my jack russell,first trip was just normal,on the second walk round i noticed some fresh poo,then all of a sudden a fox just bolted out infront of us in broad daylight,Lucky my jack russell is slightly fat and never caught it because it was twice the size of her lol .Patterdale would have most def caught it though. Can you catch rabies from the fox and would my dogs be vaccinated for it routinely or would i have to specificly ask for that vaccine.And supposedly i had my patterdale with me and it had got hold of it,can your dog be traced?     Have never owned a lurcher and don't really know anybody who owns one,but have wanted one for a while now. Was looking for some advice on what crosses are the best and what breeds are good for certain types of hunting. Any feedback is appreciated.Thanks.

    I always thought my pat had his tail but looking at some of the pics im not sure now,Looks like he might have had it docked a little bit.He never had his dew claw removed but his chewed it all the way down himself lol.Our jack russells dew claw is hanging off as ive just noticed but im not sure if we can cut it because they have veins(if [NO TEXT TALK] could tell me where to cut it id appreciate it(its black so cant see through))Her tail was docked though. I think the reason they are docked is because they get caught and get torn.In the tail they can get infected and with the dew claw it

    x5 is pants off road, you would be better off buying a 5 series estate than an X5, they are footballers cars- flashy, the merc has terrible reliability issues. If it was my money I would buy a Land Cruiser Mercedes with reliability issues? haha dont make me laugh.We've had our ml since 1999 its done 230k miles and has NEVER had a fault with it.their engines are one of the most reliable.Drive it properly and it will look after itself.

    My dog just seems to be completely fearless.Which is good but also bad.Chavs walk round with their staffs off the lead in the street,they come up to my dog because they have no control over where their staff goes(granted i dont have alot over mine but thats why he is muzzled and on a lead)Then shit breaks out. He is brilliant in the house though,will sit roll over open doors by himself etc.He just gets extremely excited on a walk.

    Well said Fella but i've found that by 15 months you will know what you have especially with black dogs. Some breeds will take longer to start, use to keep lakelands away back ten years ago and it was nearly 20-24months before some of them started as they can be slow but the black dog usually wants it from the off, have to be careful with this though as you will have to make sure you don't spoil him/her too young. I keep seeing the phrase "black dogs",what does it mean?

    Are they any bigger than a nuttall pat? Ive seen a vid on youtube of a couple on a bear and they looked alot bigger than that,maybe it was just a small bear.

    My pat is almost 7 and his always been dog agressive,BUT his fine with some dogs,i dont let him go near other dogs much any more because im not sure if he's going to attack it or sniff it haha.When i took him out once (just for some exercise)i had him off lead and he see a dog that i diddnt,he was actually just playing with it and never bit it or tryed.But ive opened the front door before and his bolted out at 2 staffs and started attacking them (did well ).He is a good worker and has a brilliant nose,f****r to walk because he just pulls to the smell.We have a jack russell and his fine with he
