Looking for a honest working terrier, if not a pup over 6 months with working parents. no preference to breed looking for something to work mainly above ground and some earthwork, looks not all that important. some one into keeping their working strain alive rather than some wanting to make profit. will pay p.s going to a good working home

i feed my dogs the rabbit and skin fresh and now and then if i havn't gutted them the guts aswell but worm them more often, i would of though that if the skin can get caught up in a dog and kill it, there wouldn't be many foxes about afterall theyre near enough the same animal, never heard of anyones dog dying from it myself

No locator at the moment but i am seriosly thinking about investing in one as it makes life alot easyer, eventhough ive never lost a ferret i dont like the waiting round for the ferret to finish what its doing.

I could have put this up in a few other Topics but i though theres more chance that a shooter would use one, are they worth having when out trying to call a fox ? How many people use them and how sucessful are they?

I don't know the law with hunting squirrels with dogs so mods feel free to edit this post Started My squirrel hunting this year and havn't had that much luck with the guns as the leaves are still on the trees, i decided to let the terrier do the work as we were marking lots in stone walls, and fair play she did alright even though more got away than were caught this is down to me but thers always another another time Before anyone says i had permission from the farmer to take down the stone walls aslong as i built them back up propperly
