    alex i hope you get on the wardens team sounds like an excellent opportunity.i am going to be looking for more permissions myself soon.p.s.i am sending my valve of to drum today to have it modded with a custom stem and hat new delrin valve tip and custom return spring. also a spring and hammer set,next after that is the 24 inch barrel. how long did drum take with your o ring mod mate.he doesnt live to far from me only a hundred odd miles.any way i'll keep you posted on how it performs when i get it back.so its out with the weihrauch for a few days-no hardship there.got a nice bunny with the st

    sounds like the sort of thing that would happen to me.we all make mistakes,but it all ended well so as you say lesson learned.glad there was no damage done to your rifle.fair play for admitting your mistake as you say i wonder how many would admit to being human.all the best

    thanks alex thats sound mate i will get a 16 mill adapter.no i dont have a gunpower silencer i will maybe try the weihrauch.i will be very interested to find out how you get on with the hammer o ring.will this cause some power loss i wonder or maybe even hammer bounce. i doubt it maybe turn out ot be a great modification.thanks again for your help alex John well i have only heard good reviews about the hammer o ring mod, if it was to drop the power by a smig you could always adjust the top hat out slightly but i dought it would!! most of the i

    hi guys i was just wondering if anyone here could give me a bit of advice.i bought my self a gunpower storm and it is extremely noisy at the muzzle straight out of the box.i wonder has anyone tried and tested the storm specific silencer from gunpower,if so what like.would i be better getting a 1/2 inch unf thread cut on my barrel and going for a .22 rimfire silencer.i shoot rabbits at up to 50 yards and after one shot from the storm it spooks the other rabbits a problem i dont relly have as much with my hw 97k.ok thanks guys any advice welcome

    rabbit magnums are very heavy i think near 30 grain but i have shot them and found the accuracy absolutely awful plus with a pellet that heavy range is cut dramatically.logun penetrators are far far more accurate and come in at 20.5 grain i use them out to 50 yards with great success. hope that helps

    i use a richter 6-24*50 on my gunpower storm and find it very accurate.i payed 70.00 on the nose for scope new......hope thats of some help to you

    hi there in my experience a domed pellet i.e. accupel or for heavier i find the logun penetratorto be very accurate with good punch

    hi folks,just wanted to say hello to all as a new member.a brief word about my shooting history.large bore field targets as a young man,pistol and various rifle and shotgun as a club member in the ,s.also a spell of shooting a 7.62 fn.gave up percussion firearms after the michael ryan attrocities and the subsequent goverment knee jerk reaction.now just shoot sub 12lb air rifles i own a rws 34s,weihrauch hw97k and a gunpower storm.i am seriously thinking about getting back into large bore field and maybe small bore vermin and pest control as i have land to shoot on.i am married with two beautif
