    i agree i bought a second hand hw100tk with a polished barrel shroud,polished airarms tank(same length as the barrel shroud),polished action and custom stock.i have to say i am gobsmacked by the looks and accuracy of this rifle.

    hi there,i dont think you should even consider shooting a boar with an air rifle.you will just piss it off.a pissed of boar is an extremely dangerous animal.in New Zealand they hunt them with dogs and when they get pinned then you jump on and stick them by hand.cant imagine that would be legal here though.if i was thinking about killing a boar i think i would probably use the .270 atb John

    hi shay,rifles are looking great mate.since i got my pcp's my poor 97k hasbeen neglected.but due to pump issues i had to use it earlier in the week on one of my permissions.i dont think the 4 rabbits i shot cared that it wasn't a pcp!!!!! all headshots longest at around 45 yards(a lot of luck involved with that one 4 mill dot holdover).i am maybe planning a vmach kit for it,are these any good?.p.s. i got 3 new permissions this week without even asking.the highlands is not that big a place and word of mouth is a great thing. all the best John

    sorry to hear your leaving alex,i was wondering where you were as havent seen you on here for ages.i hpe all go's well for you in your new endevour buddy.as for the storm it will sell no probs i think.i now have mine leupyed back to front and am even getting a custom valve spring guide put in this week as the original is poor quality(not concentrically bored apparently).all the very best mate dont lose touch John

    in what gun.look on youtube a lot of stripdowns on there.spring guns in general are the same principal for changing spring.if using a titan be sure to chrono,as these springs can take you way over 12lb on many guns.also ebay have instruction vids for gun tuning hope that helps atb John

    i think one piece mounts are what you want for a springer.as for adjustable i just do that with my scope turrets,thats what they are for i spose atb John

    from what i know mate they are not the best of rifles.i myself have never had one so i can only tell you what i,ve read myself.apparently accuracy and power can vary greatly from rifle to rifle.best thing is to get yourself somewhere to practice(legally as the last thing you want is an a.r.v. coming to investigate someone with a gun)and just see how it performs.at the end of the day its an quid rifle so dont expect miracles,but i reckon you can have loads of fun plinking and hunting at 25-30 yards max.hope that helps and i hope you enjoy your new rifle atb

    nice shot davy almost 50 with the .22 good going mate.on another note nice storm si i have one too and its leupyed for want of a better word.planning a new 24 inch bsa barrel of him and the breech conversion.it all had to go on hold for the hw100 i bought on a whim when i saw it.what do you think of the storm not bad huh for a non regulated weapon.i have sourced a firm in usa that provide bottles and regulators.planning that at some stage too.will be more than happy to discuss storm stuff with you.i think some look on them as cheap plinkers but as you know a sorted one(non fac even)is a great

    hi guys just a small word of warning,if you ever buy a storm or stealth NEVER buy the gunpower pump .i bought mine with my storm and pretty soon it was pretty obvious at least one seal was burst.so sent it back to gunpower telling them that i hadnt pumped it till it overheated etc.i recieved it back just over two weeks later worked for a week or so and same problem raises its ugly head .time for a refund.luckily i have a hills pump arriving tomorrow british made and apparently very well engineered(as in it is fit for the purpose it was bought for) .then i find out gunpower pumps are chinese,th

    never fired one mate.that said i have heard you either get ones that can group fairly well or they spit pellets out grouping like a shotgun.i myself would hang on and save just a little more then trawl the for sale sections on forums.get someone with a second hand weihrauch and go for that atb John
