had the rspca around the house today, i wasnt in but my missus was, she let them in (which i wouldnt of done but she wasnt to know) the fella told her they had someone call with a few complaints one which was the dogs have no shelter and never go for walks, they do have shelter its a big arse shed with a run and they go for walks every night when most people are tucked in bed and my missus told them "if anything hes out with the dogs all the time for hours on end and i hardly ever see him" so after inspecting the dogs and there living quarters he was more than happy with them. the second w

got to agree, i dont like seeing 2 dogs on a rabbit even if its a pup, the land he was on looked brilliant for starting a pup so why risk running another dog

most greyhounds are fast enough for lurcher breeding but not all would be game enough or determined enough for my liking, i like to see a greyhound for lurcher breeding doing a bit on big stuff if ya know what i mean.

had a deerhound/grey beardie/grey boss dog would kill anything (including dogs unfortunatly) had bad feet but was certainly no wimp or winger, and at 30" was still nimble enough to kill bunnys, took alot of varous game with him over the years but snapped his neck on a hare, luckily enough had bread him to a half cross bull/grey just before he died to bring down the size, improve feet and make a more robust dog, it worked to plan but the bitch i kept back is a little crazy to say the least, she just goes at everything head first and your heart is in your mouth every time she runs, but all being

i started reading this post and then realised it was turning into to usual bickering match and was about to go off until i read of sjm showing her tits so i read on, but nothing . what a waste of ten minutes of my life, now sjm better post a picture of her pissy smelling titties or im going to be really peved -
ive never heard such bollocks in my life of course the parents pass on traits and if you dont work both the parents how would you know if these are desirable traits that we look for in a working lurcher. you would never hear a terrier man say any old stud will do so why should we do that with lurchers when lurchers probaly see more work than most terriers.

i was out walking my dogs last sunday a couple of hours before dinner, i had with me my bullcross my deerhound x pup and my beddy whos just gone 12 months and is used mostly for bushing and ratting but has had very few kills but plenty of bolts, any way i see a big kick out and go over to investigate no smell to the hole so i go to walk away but the bedy had other ideas and shot up the hole, now i only went out for a quick walk so was ill prepared, no spade, no locator, no phone and a dog in a bank that i used to ferret and know it to have some deep holes and all the while the beddy didnt make

my mates got alitter of lurcher pups for sale dam half cross bull/ greyhound from irland 25"tts sire deerhound/greyhound x beardie collie/greyhound 29"tts(now deceased) both the parents were/are dead game single handed fox dogs, which took all british quarry, the pups were bred for are own use, with no expense spared all the pups are pretty level ( no runts ) they have been wormed. nine pups born in all with four or five left for sale to the lurcher owning public for 150 quid

in ref to sniper about the pups the father ( now dead) was deerhound/greyhound X beardie collie greyhound and the mum is a irish bred 1/2 cross bull/greyhound, there ready on saterday if anybodys intrested im trying to get the pictures of the pups up but i cant find the disk to load them on the computer

my old dog died today hit a ditch on a hare, f****n gutted, but as they say every cloud has a silver lining, and luckily enough i breed a litter out of him a couple of months ago, theyll be ready next week and ive been down to see the pups tough choice which one to go for but ive got the pick of the litter and one or two have taken my eye, so ill give it another week before i make my decision, just hope which ever i choose turns out as good as the dad

my beddie pup got his first rat the other day, made up with him didnt think he was ready for it as hes still really puppish, he also grabbed a hare a couple of weeks ago but couldnt keep hold of it, thinking about it he must of shat himself the hare was as big as him, hoping to start him underground this season if he matures enough, hes 9 months so i guess he is still got lots of time.

29.5 pounds it was the second fox my deerhound cross caught, another dog was originally slipped on the fox but after it running the fox up and down the field unwilling to connect i slipped him, he just stormed over and boweled the fecker over, and now its mounted on my wall

one of my mates has just had a litter of pups if any one is interested the dam is a genuine 1/2 cross bull grey from irland very game, i think doggin lad may of seen this dog work if any one has any querys, the sire is my own deerhound/greyhound x beardie collie/greyhound very game and very fast, bosen 11 can vouce for this dog ill try and get some pics up in the next few weeks, there was 9 pups born, a couple have already been promised out but theres still a few that should be available.

my deerhound x has not only caught rabbits and foxs while tumbling along the ground but due to bad footing he once done a cartwheel and then caught the rabbit, beat that burrell, i now realise that i have the first and only strain of cartwheelers, that have been in my family for years ( 7 infact ), so now i will mass produce these hounds and sell them for mega bucks, anyone interested???
