I told my doctor the only time I have an intelligent conversation is when I talk to myself, he agreed whole heartedly an arranged a holiday for me with a well insulated room

If the mods banned all the divs on here I'd be the only one on here!!

What's wrong with the stags you've got over their? From what I know of them ( which is very little) their more than capable of taking all you need. And arnt they just a line bred lurcher? One thing I will tell you is the more collie you put in a dog the wiser it will be, wise enough to pick and choose what, when, where and if it can be arsed running it. It's you're choice but I'd go for less brain and more prey drive any time.

Where's my invite you little shit. Happy birthday you old f****r!!

I wouldn't use it on Pepper but it'd sort them mangy terriers out...! I havnt got mangy terriers, their shitzu's in disguise . The lurcher I've got has beardie blood in her and can't Be arsed with different remedies, I'd rather give them all the same to save any messing and don't fancy paying Vets for a blood test

Has anyone used this stuff on collie blooded dogs, heard mixed reviews

Be care what you wish for 5 feet. Oh and where do you live.

Funny you say that trap liner, I had an old school boxing coach many years ago and I was always splitting my knuckles on the bags "piss on it" was his remedy. I never did try it, but on another note he did get done a few years later for being a pedo so maybe it was just a fetish he had. And no before anyone asks he didn't nonce me, but he did take a liking to a mate of mine who was a bit of a fat f****r, so maybe I was a bit to skinny for the dirty b*****d!

You've just gotta toughen the dogs feet up, don't forget it's a pup and will have soft paws, plenty of road work will do it but after all said and done some dogs seem to react worse than others for some reason

I'm probably the most trustworthy person you can take on your permission because I can't even find my way out of a phone box! Never mind a field in a field in the middle of nowhere.

Lads please don't forget that to justify the way we hunt we must be controlling numbers, not going out for a days sport, like it or lump it if the fox is getting killed for sport only it won't be long before it's a protected species or at best only certain government employees will be able to do it. They need controlling and if cross hair or anybody else for that matter decides shooting is the best way on their chosen ground, who are you to grumble

Although many of the comments have been removed I can't take a guess at what they are, the word "knobs " springs to mind, but more shocking is the fact the reporter who wrote the article seems to think that everyone needs to know how much the school she went to costs, what's that got to do with anything I don't know. Poor girl poor family

I'm getting a rotator this week, but after taking the dogs for a walk this morning on my shooting ground I noticed their wasn't a single pigeon to be seen but plenty of crows, so the question is can the rotators be used with dead crows on to any effect.

Show us a picture of your toast then cooney, or everyone will think your lying

Or maybe because they don't use locators, a dog that walks could seem quite desirable.

Evolution Of The Bunny Vs Evolution Of Rabbit Dog
timmy k replied to brenner's topic in Lurchers & Running Dogs
I doubt their are any single handed 5 out of 5 hare wolves with the hare having fair law. And as far as humans wrecking things I have to disagree, the problem with humans is we've evolved to fast and nature can't keep up, we've still got the animal instinct which create greed, hate, lust and so on but with compassion and other civilised feelings which create a thunder storm as far as mental well being is concerned. Perhaps some kind of amnesty should be formed to stop anymore progression before Mother Nature falls to far behind. On the subject of rabbit dogs I'd be disappointed if the dog didn -
Your Thourgts On Ratter\ Family Pet
timmy k replied to mroak's topic in Earthdogs & Working Terriers
No dog has a place on the sofa. One thing I can't stand is when people have dogs in their bed, allowed to roam where ever and in what ever. If a dogs got to be inside fine, but give it a corner with its own bed so it knows it's place. I think alot of bites comes from dogs that don't know their place in the pecking order. -
It happens in nature all the time, an alpha wolf will mate with his daughters, granddaughters( who may be his daughters also) and so on until another alpha takes over who may well be his son or brother or what ever.

I'll tell you what I think. That camera man is a c**t!! Leaving that poor old fella to do all the digging, all the back filling and then carry a dead fox and 4 half lambs whilst the lazy fooker sits in the car filming him

For all them people who say that hares aren't shot to keep dog lads off tell me this, as I said before I live not far from the waterloo cup ground, organised hare shoots never used to happen, and I believe their was a few other low key organised coursing events their, so why straight after the ban which coincided with the last Waterloo cup was a driven shoot put in place, I understand their was no financial gain anymore but no need to do it that quick. Obviously every area is different but a place like altcar had lads flocking from all over, so as far as I can see the only reason is to save th

I think fd and plucky are secret lovers, and all this fighting is to throw us off the scent! Come out the closet you two, you'll be much happier for it

I think everyone on here will agree that putting a 3 or 4 month pup down a hole regardless of what species you hunt is a bit daft, but I recon most will start on rats first. I tend to start on rats about 8 months, then see how they mature but I wouldn't contemplate putting a dog to ground under 13 months, even then it would have to be an easy one.

I live not far from the old Waterloo cup ground and they do the same driven shoots to keep coursers off, nobody can convince me that it doesn't effect hare numbers it does, theirs been a noticeable difference in hare numbers in this area to the point were I'm more likely to see a unicorn than a hare. And just to point out I've never had hare dogs so never went out looking for them, but pre ban you couldn't help but come across them.
