  1. Yeah my mate said exact same thing I was just getting abit worried at first he is crazy but only 9 month 1/4 3/4 bull grey [bANNED TEXT] u say late starting them how old u talkin scothunter??
  2. every time I take my dog out and let off the lead it's off like a rocket which is no problem as recall with whistle is off to a tee but went out other night with my mate to show him the lamp n a couple of bunnies any way let him off in a field n he was off but he didn't stop n run straight into my mates dog caused no problem bar nockin wind out of each other but is this normal he is 9 month old don't want him running into trees n fences n loosing him!
  3. looking well him mate spitnimage of mine mine coming on well too got him 90 percent on recall to whistle not started with stock yet game little fecker tho but overall spot on
  4. Pup is brilliant now don't here a sound from him all night till I get up n go t change his water and food but as soon as I leave again n lick him back in pen n run he goes mad again

  6. Night times it's spot on now not a murma but when i go in the kennel in morning n night t feed n change water as soon as a put it back in it starts again barking n ragging fence lost it's voice now it's barked that much
  7. just after some help with new pup please lads ive put it outside in kennel and run but it will not stop yapping i have put in a radio and last night it dint make a murmer but [bANNED TEXT] i go out to it in mornings before work to change water and feed it or even if i go into garden its starts and womt stop for a good half hour!!! is this just because its new to the pup and will it get used to it and be ok after a while ???? its barked that much the poor fecker started to get a sore bark is this owt to worry about or not info please lads cheers tom

  9. ive had one of these pups lads well chuffed with the little f****r not scared of owt only 3 month old haha will make a cracking dogs all of them even the one with mark on its head is a cracker nothing to be put off by lads cheers tom

  16. Most sesnible post I've read on here. Key word is patience.... Thats the only thing that can ruin your dog. If your unsure if hes ready for something... He ain't ready. yeah great advise mate ill take it all on board im new to sport but only thing i dont get is how to train them [bANNED TEXT] they are ready some people say its just in them and they will do it as they grow but sum how im sure ther gunna need sum guidance??? tom do yo mean training the pup to hunt?if thats the case you dont need to train it as such take it on the land you intend to run i found mine as he gain

  18. im abouts to get a bullx pup and im wanting to get it working mostly on the rabbits but also as an allrounder can you please give me some information on wat to do for example he will be a pup is there anything i need to be doing with him to get him going how old till he starts thanks tom
  19. just start bringing him out the countryside in the daytime and get it used to you and gates,wires,cows,ditches etc and coming back to you when you call it,bits of cheese might persuade it.buy a lamp and you and the dog go out(or with someone else who lamps)on a windy night and shine around for a pair of eyes and walk right up to it,just let the dog see the rabbit when he runs keep the dog on the lead,hel soon get interested.they naturally want to chase small moving things it will soon click.youl need a slip lead when you think hes ready to run,(lead ran through between collar and neck and hol
