got my first quail egg this morning people i have 3 females and a male and there living with 2 chickens fine up to now. 2 of the quail have been pecked at before i bought them and wondered if the feathers will come back ? and approx how old are point of lay pullets?

i dont have a clue if there are any poultry auctions ill have to look on the internet and try to find one what sort of price should i be paying?, im not sure how to tell the difference between the sexes when they are chicks so the pics would be great

that is a shame mate, a local poultry farm sells japanese quail £6 a piece think ill get a few from there and hopefully get them same age as the chikens. thanks for info and pictures great help hope i have enough space as you one day to get some more!

how many birds do you have millet to give you those eggs ? can i have hens on their own or do they need a cock bird for them to lay as im not looking at breeding until i have an incubator and equipment, also will they live with 2 chikens and do they need nest boxes like chikens?

what breed of quail would you go for, looking at getting 1 male 4 females? iv read that they no good at sitting on the eggs so you have to incubate them and put them under a broody chicken.

i am selling my Theoban E-type in .22 as i am saving for a motorcross bike. the gun does have a leak on the buddy bottle but im sure its not too hard to be fixed. it comes with gun bag silencer and scope the scopes are Ags 3-9 x 40 mildot. £300 open to sensible offers. call or text arran 07581368091 im in sheffield.does not come with bipod

Hi, for sale i have my Theoben E-type .22 air rifle. very accurate and powerful gun, it comes with single shot tray (but is a multi-shot)it takes the same mags as rapids, hawke sport HD 4-12 x 50 illuminated reticles (mildot), silencer, deben telescopic bi-pod and a side strap camo bag. the gun has power screw on back like the rapids, finger safety, 200cc removable buddy bottle style air cylinder. no marks on the ambidextrous stock. only bad point is the buddy bottle has a leek and may need a new valve or seals im not sure apart from that she is a beauty and will take rabbits at great distance

cant believe your paking in because their are too many rabbits?? round my area i cant get 1 single permision because of gamekeepers own evry piece of grass around here plus their are hardly any bunjies anyway but iv never even thought about packing up im still out nealy every day and night jus trying to get 1 b***%*d rabbit.
