    am planning on hitting it hard over the next 2 weeks still got a freezer sitting with empty so need to get at least 50 to fill it, normally that should be 1 or 2 days but if yesterday anything to go by then it going to be a lot more sine only ended up with 10....more digs than rabbits, will maybe try another permission.

    just wondering what you guys will do when the season come's to an end, I was out with my young lad yesterday he enjoyed the day until when having to wait 2 hrs to get my mate's ferret back, this was an untested hob and every time we dug down to it 4ft + every time we would break through it would only just stick it's head out and f**k off back own the hole in the end it was left and holes filled in, and to be honest if it was not for the fact it had a locating collar on it I wouldn't have went back for it today. but any way the wee man has now told me that we need to get the fishing gear looked

    wrap them up and send them to walk along the beach, or there always the main shopping area but the beach will work out cheaper for you

    I sent one of mine back to be fixed after having it a year, the little metal connection fin for the base of the battery broke off, they sent me a brand new one and at no cost.

    a lot of the vets are now pushing for the implant, as it lasts 18 mths but comes at a price of about £50

    Best worker I've ever seen was a polecat my mate got from a pet owner who had a big fat albino hob and a sandy jill, both had never even tasted rabbit but managed to produce a nice polecat jill and this jill left others standing just when you thought you had emptied a set by getting out 4 or 5 he would walk up and put his ferret down to produce another one or two.

    No, like most dogs he will often carry them by the shoulders, but as long as they come back in good nick I don't really care how he carries them back I guess I am lucky that he is pretty soft mouthed. Is it just me or do you not see many pics of these great ferreting terrier x carrying rabbits gently Think every beddy/terrier x I have seen has been a cruncher? Good hunting Sirius cracking pictures

    you only need put new batteries in and squeeze the joint with a little pressure and if the collar is picking tis up then bend the metal connector bar slightly and always make sure you wrap in electrical tape before use

    got to say i just use the cheap ones of ebay £1.99 free postage for 12 and i do a lot of ferreting and at most will have to change once during season.

    in what way? everybody will have there own preference to what colour but the last post ive posted is fact's, anybody doubting it can go do research and then come back on here to agree.

    all ferret regardless of eye colour have poor eye sight and it is found that in general they can only see approx. 12 " but all have a good sense of smell but dark eyed whites and silvers are more prone to being deaf as is ferrets with warrenbourg syndrome (white line on head)

    what's wrong with it, they tend to be the metal band not hitting the batteries properly. do it work if you shut it and bend collar slightly?

    Find the polies have the edge, I work polies, silvers and my mate works albino's DEW and sandys but would rank as below but only with what ive seen in the last 5 years ferretting every weekend. 1- Polecat 2- Sandy 3- Silver 4- Albino 5- Dark eyed white
