John didnt say dog was stuck in a kennel for a year with no work sorry if you read it wrong mate am sure she going yo settle in just great just a pity it no stopped raining so i can start to train her to the standard i like.

Hi i own a whippet x collie deerhound greyhound bitch she a year old ans have just been given her sister my dog works great and shows real intreast but the new one is very much like a pup the way it moves, she has been kenneled up with other dogs but dont think she been shown any work. so question is do you think she will overcome this and be a similar worker to her sister or is it too late

i have two pairs of hunters cant mind what the first ones were called but the set me back £10 and are great the other pair i have are the barmoral bamboo carbon but feel they bit sore on the heel, but only wore them twice and they const me £15 i bought them from a so called mate who's cousin works for hunter but looks like i lost out in getting anymore cheap hunters fae him, my mate has muck boots and i tried them on and they are comfy as fcuk so i not too fussed about the hunters now as i know what i will be getting next.

good shooting mate and you can always use it as an excuse to the other half to go back out shooting again with you leaving some behind.

one thing i have found out about the ferret side of this site is people always jump down each others throats sometimes it might be needed but most of the time there is no need, i would sugest folk look at the rest of the forum and see how people treat each other, just look at the air gun section for example they tend to be friendly on there. so why cant this forum be like the others?

Thanks guys for the slut points, if you were only there you lot would have been pissing yourselfs with the events that happened, when driving up totaly focused on looking for mr bunny a sheep in the field went bah and it sounded as if it was right in my ear and i didn't half jump with fright, then when i went to pick up a bunnny both my wet hands onto an eletric fence and zap. so heart dropped a beat with the sheep but the fence put it back to normal. just noticed some spelling mistakes lol

as the topic says unlucky 13, went out this evening about 6pm to do abit of shooting rather than the normal sit in and watch the same crap having a beer, this was a day of lazy mans shooting not having to get out the 4x4 other than to collect the rabbits, on my first bit of permission the owner has cut down the nettles and high grass in his fields this was making it a bit harder as most of the rabbits were now only sitting outside there holes, and must be getting used to my 44 as would let you get about 100yrds to them then they would run. as i was driving along one of the farm tracks i sp

Hob &jill - put up a post from one of the so called soppy pet owners to i see it as cant think ive seen one, yes pet owners maybe, but could be a lot of reasons they are just pet owners and on this forum ie the like fishing or shooting and just like to read about ferrets since they found one and decided to keep it. The one - lets be honest do you really think the vet knowledge would be as good as it is if it was not for the ferret/pet owners, lets face it these pet owners like it or not have put a lot into helping vets find out more about ferrets and maybe one day when your best worki
