You'd be surprised mate. Mare this shite on a weekly basis, and I get slated for getting f***ing angry for people flying without telem or not no what the f**k they are doing! It's a f***ing joke!
  2. Question 1, as big as you can get myn are free lofted in a 10x20x8 each, 8'high 10x10x8 minimum. Question 2, creac'e reared imprint perfect for a beginner, a full imprint not for a beginner but they are amazing birds!! Good luck with your search for a mentor.

  5. You should place her on the perch don't let he bate at it.
  6. Does she not have a ring on? Don't worry about hunting weight just concentrate on a weight that get the best response to the glove!
  7. Ask away we will try to help as best we can on a forum
  8. Great!.. What was it?
  9. Otherwise you will get lots of differing advice, and I'd not like my mentor'E asking other people advice. That me personally tho. Post some pics when it's up.
  10. If your mentor has told you what to do then go with what he says know one else's mate.
  11. Has your mentor not discust your mews?
  12. I think you'll always have a problem with trees, I wouldn't hunt anything for the foreseeable I'd go and find a fallen tree or a small one. and get her on the creance for her rations and I'd do that for a good 5 days nice big rewards from fist and lure il pm you my phone number for a chat.
  13. Where are you if your near somerset I could imp her tail for you
  14. Fair enough, I've always looked at lamping as quite separate from daytime flying, so maybe I would assume it wouldn't have an effect either way on her daytime performance....But my lamping was fairly minimal, so I couldn't draw any definite conclusions really.... Yes to us it is but to the birds it's hunting, I do think it's a big risk lamping her I'm not say it won't work but for me it's to bigger risk I personally think she needs to go to Someone with lots of time in the day to get the best understanding of her. That is by no means a dig at you Kyle, I'm just being honest
  15. It's not about nailing them this bird needs a soft touch she's had a terrible beginning. A damaged Harris is the worst bird to have mental problems.
  16. I don't dislike lampung but he has a bird that is not responding they way he like and messing about in daylight it will be harder to control her at night as this bird is highly strung and risking her taking a dislike to flying her at night I think could be very damaging to her,I wouldn't want to make her go back any more further than she is,
  17. Yes died in hospital this morning,a tree felling accident great loss to the falconry world!
  18. He was a developer of AI great falconer who owns/owned the welsh hawking centre and a falcon breeding establishment in Dubai was a true gent indeed. I will have a little tipple for him tonight!
  19. How old was the Harris when you changed for the gos? because anyone who has not flown a Harris past the age of say 8 and flown it to its full potential can make a comment like that.
  20. This is why I think a red tails make good beginners birds for someone with a mentor!
