They are hardy but as long as theirs somewhere for the bird to get out of drafts rain etc then that's fine perches at different levels some in the weather some not one of mine baths in its bath when it snows! Where another of mine sits under the shelter. They are all individual

If use a rabbit carcass when she's flying free forget hunting untill she is coming to the fist instant as soon as that's cracked then think about hunting it has to be a continuos stepping stone flying full length of creance, flying free hunting each step following the other when she's at a instant response after a recall for a chick leg on the line take the line off stick the tag on and fly the rest of the rations free. Sound over weight to me and or you need to do more manning it's very hard to give advice on a forum especially where weight and getting a bird free are concerned.you need to find someone to give you some direction as this bird could get messed up quick. Again this is why people taking up falconry need a experienced person on hand!
