Mmm, you should of manned her with the dogs as that's what manning means, but hindsight is a wonderful thing you need to weather her out on a bow or high perch and let the dogs wonder if they are bird safe plus I would feed something like a quail on the fist with the dogs about then have a walk round with the dogs and bird on fist. Good luck they don't always turn round mind some just hate them ful stop!

When I was training her it was the floor I did calling from the floor with a rope don't have build up mussel up plus I found a couple of dead tree stumps and the tee signs on the golf course!

right or wrong its what they do best, people take blackbirds with spars with no licence,fact,people kill lbjs and protected species fact, if your just flying an eagle at hare and rabbit your wasting an eagle fact, get something smaller, atb Well surley before Getting any bird you get land with quarry on it then pick the bird for the job no?if i had lots of hares to fly then id fly a male goldie again! And i know at least 4 good friends that fly goldies at hare and fox I don't think they are being wasted but hey what do I know

Out early this morning on the golf course for a duck missed 2 started peeing down! Back out at 3pm bush bashing 3/4 grown rabbit flew out across the feild she nailed it just before the fence full crop up this bird is great crazy but great pics to follow

Well I'm flying a fresh female my first owned flew a few for friends, I think the fist should be the only reward myself and yes I expect her to be as quick as a Harris if not in training I'd go home and try again in the morning she took 11 days to eat of the fist and went down to 1lb 13 very low but you got to be stubborn! She's killing now at 2.2 ish

It all depends what if the weight is coming up or down. My birds response is better when it's on the way up. As for the lure I don't use one at all fist all the way and only in a emergency do I tie a creance to a whole quail but only in a emergency! Response should be instant!

Out from 1pm today to try he on a hare. Loaded her and the hyenas up off we when onto some new stubble field I've permission on crawling with quarry driving along the hedge rows and threw the forest dogs working on front of me both are pointing about 50 metres in front get her out her box already tagged up and checked before leaving home got to about 35 metres and the hare broke off she went like a possessed devil a cracking 150 metre flight right across this field tyred to video it but fell over ?got a out of focus flight and lots of swearing!!!! Found the young girl on her prize a big hare n
