Firstly, your on the internet, if you cant take criticism, don't post, many have been slain, your not the first, and wont be the last. Now you seemed to be getting along fine till the weather came along, but we live in the uk, so get used to it. As has been said, what works for some wont for others. You have an idea of what you want to achieve, but what people have suggested is no good to you.. What does your mentor suggest? Surely just keeping the feeding schedule varied during periods of real bad weather will have little detrimental affect? The few lads I know use chute`s and vary the feed

NoThing wrong with constructive criticism mate I just think you are reading far to much into it that's all. No need to get your knickers in a twist Christ lighten up mate. And if I was your mentor I would be annoyed nylon ask for awnsers I'm giving you one if you don't post again that's a shame life's to short to be getting in a hissey fit over my opinion.

I think mr jd is thinking far to much about glove association myself they ain't thick! And feeding a Harris on a lure soley is ridiculous feed it on the glove when the weather is s hite and also if I was mentoring someone and they came on a forum asking questions they should ask me I'd be well pi ssed off

Yes mate she is going well had a very funny trip Saturday flew her at a teal that she caught on a island in the middle of A large pond and I had to undress in front of the other 5 guys on the meet ? and swim over to get her it was quite chilly!! But was are first teal so fed her up swam back dried off with a towl then worked the dogs for the others was very happy

No this bird is something else I love her to bits! a lot easier to set flights up but more highly strung than any of my game hawks!

I don't think that anyone should molt a redtail out in a open fronted pen!

I fly in fields with hedge boundrys so I use the to get close enough for a 50-100 metre flight depending on the size of the feild it's great fun!

Sorry for not posting a report sooner! Out on a meet today 4 goshawks 3 Harris hawks and a red and my to hyenas and my little German Finnish gos had 3 pheasants and a red leg the total bag for the day 14 pheasants 3 red leg a hare caught by at male female cast of Harris's and 3 rabbits! All birds killed cracking land good company and most of all every bird is going home! One of my flights- dogs working some bloody thick cover come on a ridged point gave the command and off she went the a demon possessed at least a 150 flight into a large wood ran like hell could hear her bell in the wood fo
