  9. yes tote thats a great way to do it...used to do it while we were getting the trail hounds fit...used to go up the bike track on the push bike...yep also good exercise....got a runner up champion that year just got beat by a couple of trails due to injury aswell
  10. my mate used to do this regular until he run the dog over and killed him . so personally i would never do it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! thats the thing what you have got to watch....always make sure u can see the dog...yes it can be tricky...u have to go bout it highly and take good care...its just peoples opininions... see my dog trys to get ahead of the van and darts in front so yes you have to be carefull...but if your not sure and confident .....DONT TRY IT
  11. i have a bull/greyhound which i firstly warm him up with a mile of jogging, slightly geting quicker to the end of that mile...he has a breather...then i give him five long sprints...runs on grass of course...got to watch them pads.....then finish off with that jogging mile..... (its not cruel...its only exerciseing) then of course its the endurence part which i use couple days after...which is running him on rabbits...this gets the dog sharper and quick for the season ahead....if you can get him running on others thats great..... but know this...dont kill your dog when running.....
