very nice bitch , if lads could tare there arses away from the armchair and pc they would be suprised at what a young dog can do,ive seen a 7 month old saluki bich pull a roe deer all unintentional just on a walk but just goes to show.

Can we have an honest discription of this dog faults included there are probably a few lads intrested in this dog they would just like to know what the problems are , because most lurcher men with a bit of experiance behind them can work around a dog but they need to know what there buying,i dont think this dog was bred for 3 out of 3 hare catching competitions so bad feet might not be all that great a concern, lol , jmho.

A lot of 1st x bull/greys look pretty ugly even those bred from the besf of stuff they dont all throw classic looking types but then when its come to hard biting quarry looks dont count for much ,give me good heart rather than looks anyday.

Ive sold a couple of dogs myself if they were crap they would be put down but for 1 genuine reason or another these dogs have to be moved on some times, a dog no good for your chosen quarry may be great on another,buyers need to be wary and sellers should be honest,i dont know what your whinging about realy if you dont want to look at the classifides no ones making you.

The 2 dogs out of meg and charlie were 1/16 bull.Benefits were real powerful jaws and unbelievable weight and strength for dogs their size,Dowfall if you want to be picky was the black dog was a little slower than i was used to to mature at 16 months he was going in baying for a bit then walking out and running round with his tail wagging like hed learned a new game but charlies owner had told me to expect this.Then one morning when he was 19 months i let him in an easy place got a mark and dug like f**kwhen we broke through in under 1/12 hour he had a dead fox with half its head missing.This

Well thats the end of hunting for me for a fair while i think , never been a problem before but since mrs has had a kid she has got more and more worried about what would happen if i was nicked , shes finaly snapped and it was either her or the dogs easy choice some may think , but when u look into the eyes of your baby daughter things arent so straight forward , and i think its up to a man to put his family and children 1st.2 lurchers gone to good working homes and the hardest part the terriers go sunday I realy enjoy lurcher work but when all is said and done it is the terrier alone to groun

be very lucky to find any pup in its original home lurchers are bought swapped given away or dumped or worse no reflection on the dogs breeding thats just the way it is.sadly.

To many lads wanting terriers with big names behind them instead of concentrating on the working ability in those terriers, Ive seen some cracking dogs from lines of hard working terriers being passed over by lads with bitches in favour of the dog with the famous names in its pedigree , it may give some comfort knowing your dog is out of who evers kennel with the massive reputation, but it dont give much comfort when the terrier walks off the job , forget about egos and get to the dog thats worked a good few seasons and whos parents and grand parents worked a few seasons , we can all rush out

Ive got a mate who keeps a few chickens he has had a lot of success with a live trap the only method that is practical where the chickens are.Its all about getting that 1st fox and letting it stink the trap up a bit after that he catches 1 every 3 or 4 days.There are a lot of foxes about and judging by that pic all in pretty good nick.
