lol thats how i feel about nutri bars I was expecting a picture of a proper breakfast.. bacon fried egg, beans, sausages,mushroom, tomato and fried bread.. The salmon and green stuff on top caught me off guard

That's OK if you work on your own but if not then it's not the best.. We have a chap at work that gives holidays back every year. He comes in with colds and flu and passes it around causing others to have time off ill. What makes it worse is he gets paid for being sick
