I'll not be a real netter much longer, Tonight's my last hurrah. The nets will be put away and I will just plink with the airgun from time to time..

I do like and appreciate the effort that goes in to a handmade net but I have some sheet netting 4z or Nelson that just glides along the running lines and believe it or not thats my favourite net and first choice if I put it away correctly after the last outing

I put a net out then walk the field in the dark. If you walk it well rabbits might be balled up for 10 mins.. they will and do chew.

Colour don't matter. If rabbits trapped and there is net or line across its face it will want to chew to get free. This is why mesh size is important.

If you want weld/ grinding back I will do it if your stuck BUT there's nowt like a new part..

Once you do any fixed rigging imo it's a quickset there for not a proper long net.. That goes for fixing a peg or stitching bagging in.... Run a proper net out and you know the end when you get to the pin.. paint it blue if it helps
