  1. I did aim for the head mate, it was bad marksmanship on my part. Hi Plink. Honest answer mate We all muck up now and then, at least you tried for the noggin shot. Enjoy your bunny. Bill. A perfect world would be boring a mate went out the night after (Wed) and had 3 more, only kits but put them all together with a few Mushrooms into a Pie, it was top. One was taken at 55 paces in the last bit of light!!! Bit of a squeel but only for a few seconds, very pleased with the shot its a shame that the 410 is 90% sold. Getting a bit of a soft spot for it lol.

  7. The bunny in the fridge is swaying me to keep the s410 but the problem I have is I can't stalk like I would like to because of my back (hence the reason for selling) My hw90 will do the job while in the hide and I reckon it has more power too!! Aslo I am looking to go down the FAC route if I can find a light 17 hmr Rifle. The problem I have is the permissions I shoot at are boiling with bunnys which are doing a lot of damage!! And I can't keep on top of them with an Air Rifle
  8. Hi all, decided to give the s410 another go before I have to get rid with the kids in bed I got kitted up and headed off to my closest permission. Had a wander about for about half an hour seen a few Rabbits in the distance so stalked them (as best I can lol) seemed to be a lot of Pigeons around but thought I'd better not have a pop at them after getting within about 50yrds of them a Buzzard flew over me and they scattered at warp speed found a Holly tree and perched myself in it for around half an hour to see if they would come out again but know!! So off I went to a different field, an

  10. Its a 22, I think its walnut and yes I will split. As for price not really thought about it txt or ring me, rather than on here!!!
  11. Really depends on how much you want to spend mate, theres loads on the market from £20/£30 upwards. If you go for something middle of the road price like a Shimano 4000/5000 series you wont go far wrong, you should be able to pick them up for around £60 with a spare spool, maybe cheaper if you look on fleaby!!! Hope this helps.
  12. AA s410 carbine (10 shot) in superb condition(only around 100 pellets put through it), there is a small mark on the moderator where it connects to be refilled apart that its like new. Webly pump, 2 x magazines, simmons scope like new, realtree stock cover with magazine pouches, leather cobra style sling (very nice), realtree bag with pocket, ledray gl2 light with filter and all the fittings (Boxed and used once with batteries it came with) 2 x spare rechargable batteries and charger(never used), and pretty much a full tin of aa diablo pellets. There is over £200 worth of accessories!!! I
  13. Thanks Guy's PPP, alas sadly it was one of those very rare occasions that it wasn't a lights out switch off that most hunters strive to achieve. However; The damage caused to the front of the brain was suffice to make sure it couldn't run anywhere and it took me less than 5 seconds to get to it and finish the job manually. I prefere to take standing shots with my springer and shoot the S200 from the pod as I find the bikini stock awkward to hold at the front, where as the springer is a superb fit in my hands when standing. Phantom So is that an apoligie for the shit you
  14. Thanks lads I have a hand pump but suffer from a back problem so I will have to get a bottle at some point its wether I go for a 3ltr or bigger, I only shot once maybe twice a week so the smaller one be an option to keep the cost down. Sorry to be a pain in the arse and keep asking all these questions but how many fills will a 3ltr bottle. Thanks Plink.

  19. Not as good as a HW100 A very good gun, you'll be ok with it PROUD????.......did you say PROUD????.......AA s410 .....oh well too late now. They may exchange it for an HW100.....but doubt it Congrats on your new Rifle mate. Look forward to seeing the results, hope you have hour's of good shooting with it. ATB. Bill.
