In my opinion the Gn24 trap is not a cost effective rat trap for the UK. It is an effective mouse trap albeit a very expensive one. The Chinese copies are cheaper and kill mice effectively.
Hello everyone,
My daughter is currently carrying out a study on the Public’s attitudes towards the Red Fox Vulpes vulpes for her university dissertation. She would be very grateful if you could help her by taking the time to complete the survey. It should take less than 10 minutes to fill. Please click and share the link below, as the more responses she gets, the better!

I have just come across an old Yukon NVMT IR 100mW Illuminator which kind of works but i think it needs a new tail switch. Does anyone know where to get a replacement ?
try a different trap. or
you might be able to get the existing trigger more slippy. try setting it with a small piece of plastic bag pinched flat between the treadle hook and the dog so there is less friction.
anyone sell these plastic covers in the uk, design is from new zealand ?

i am interested in the behavour of the animals around the traps.
I believe the american trapper, Clint Locklear, did a night trapping dvd on coyotes, coons, cats etc which pioneered improved trapping sets. "Teachers of the night."
