Bought Howa 1500 Stainless synthetic a year ago as first full bore rifle. Have found it to be very accurate. Friends of mine who have stalked for some years felt if was v/good build quality and action (one likened it to his much more expensive Sako!!! As an entry level gun one budget I`ve no regrets.
