7 years ago a lad I know popped to his high street bank to open an account.It was a freezing cold morning and he was wearing a balaclava.Just because he had his shotgun with him he got nicked and I hear he`s out next week.Where`s the sense in that?

It`s used a lot in racing greyhounds.Some one in them circles could advise you.

A Pit bull terrier could never catch one.Most coyote hunters use a few dogs on them as they can and do kill big staghounds.

According to the Greyhound data Shashi scored 15 points and Hardy Admiral scored 10 points.That final is well worth watching,Shashi`s acceleration is amazing.

There`s a lot of people out there that think they`ve got wheaten crosses in their kennels but the reality is,there`s as much wheaten in them as there is rocking horse shit at Aintree.Alcapone is correct,most wheaten cross owners are assuming their dog`s breeding.I can`t believe the lads that have swallowed all this hearsay bollocks and bought dogs that aren`t what they were sold as.People should not breed dogs from dogs they don`t know their breeding and sell them as genuine.

I agree with the above.A bit of beddy in your lurcher makes a difference.

Start the basics first,get her coming back to you when you call her.Let her off her lead and walk behind her,let her go a bit in front then squat down(that`s important) and recall her,giving her loads of praise.Do it a few times on every walk for a few weeks and then do it when you throw her dummy.Never failed for me.Good luck to you.

Creatine and other suppliments

Cod liver oil is good for dogs joints,skin and coat.Creatine is a natural substance found in red meat and when used needs to be taken with loads of water through the day or you will notice very little gains(in humans).A dog will not drink more water thn he needs so it will be pointless.Also creatine can cause muscle cramps and upset stomachs,this would definately happen with a dog who`s not consumed enough water.As for the steroids,any twat that would put juice into an animal needs a good talking to. -
The pups look fine for that age.They`ll be just over a quarter wheaten(5/16th)so will be quite racey.Hope you find good homes for them and no tools have them.

Pre ban a good all rounder would take rabbits,hare and fox for fun.There`s still a few old stuff about.My ideal allrounder would be 25"/26",long in the back that can cover a lot of ground quickly.

No I disagree with you.This is a good thread,there are people out there that like to drive around with their dogs.My mate`s bull cross for example,doesn`t work but has had a hell of a season in the passenger seat.He can`t wait to go every night.

Just heard that a mate of mine swerved into a big thing last night.His bull cross was in the passenger seat and hit the dash board.There`s a mess on the dog`s face,as if he`d been proper hunting.It`s not just real hunting that has it`s dangers.

Roadkill is not as easy as some people think.It takes a lot of time and patience to get it right.There`s nothing worse for a roadkill hunter than having to reverse to finish the job.

If you need to breed from her in the future,then do so with another beddy whippet,whippet or a whippet/greyhound etc for some decent rabbitting dogs.Like someone else stated you`d be better off getting another pup now to specialize in other areas in the future.
