I put a 54lb Champ to a 29lb Champ , what size do you rekon these made

All in one bed (4 soon to be 5), fully enclosed inner boxes raised 4" off the floor (they have a choice of two beds so don't have to share if they don't want to), kennel coats on and bedding made of two thick single duvets piled up so they can tunnel under if they like (which one does). Fed at night just before it starts to get cold so they have plenty of energy to keep nice and then a tray of warm breakfast in the morning.

They tend to give antiB's to err on the side of caution just in case the dog picks up a secondary infection in the lungs (like a person starting with a cold and getting a chest infection).
