  1. You know what, mate, and I'm totally serious here. I remember your Hancock bred dog, AND my son has owned a 3/4bred from him, a few associates of mine have owned dogs from him, plus I owned a dog sired by taffy, one of his stud dogs, to a locally bred very greyhoundy mongrel lurcher bitch, and NONE of them have been slow. All catching hares pretty regularly. Not saying you did, but did you try your dog on a hare when he was a bit too young, and not quite ready? There's a BIG difference between a rabbit's speed and a hare's speed.
  2. It's a dog, blacky. Simple. They ain't 'one of your kids' or a FACKN FUR BABY ETC ETC, get the c**t off your lap staring at your grub, with it's snout only inches from your food!! It really is that easy.
  3. Don't really know too much about casso's way of dog training, but I would NEVER have a dog resting his head on my lap, staring at my food whilst I'm eating it!! It looks like he's the boss, mate, and you're OK with it?!! Get him from you when you're eating your meals.
  4. What did you think of maddy prior's singing, mate? Personally, I thought it went perfectly with the program and information.
  5. Had that program saved on my pc for a few years.
  6. Late October, crisp cold day, ferret just exited said burrows, and as we were picking up the nets, both of us at precisely the same time turned to look behind us, into a small, straggly coppice of silver birch saplings which a skeleton couldn't hide behind, and we both saw an aged farmer/person wearing a trilby hat, about 25 yards away, making his way towards us. We just started walking for about 10 yards, then looked behind to see the score, NO- ONE in sight!! I says to my brother in law 'did we just see that' and he says 'I didn't see f**k all'!! Now, both his parents were 'me
  7. Mais non, blacky, just a casual, throw away 'quip' based on some of your previous texts!! Bon viveur, blacky, bon viveur!!
  8. Did you have 100% proof of that?
  9. Me and my ex brother in law seen a ghost, whilst ferreting on a local golf course, about 11.15 a m, about 40 years ago. I never believed in ghosts up until then. Still unsure now, but wouldn't 100% write it off.
  10. You might 'fit right in' there, blacky. Not that I'm suggesting anything, you understand?!
  11. Thank god there are still some of us 'normal' people around, mate!! lol
  12. A curse on all of you that disrespect those that reside in the ether!!
  13. Thinking 'outside the box' there, nice one, dodge. Hares still run faster on firm ground, though.
  14. Very kind of you, but, no thanks, blacky, I'm just about to have a glass of red wine. Cheers
  15. Au contraire, Gooey, I struggle on FAAACK ALL, I'm a MACHINE!!!
  16. Aah rabbits!! But, I still have G L correct, as regards hares.
  17. Kin el, Gooey, could you break that down into something easier?!
  18. Hmmm, food for thought there, mate. I'm sure Gooey will be along very shortly, to put us all in our place!!!
  19. After eating a full rabbit, did it not affect his running straight after?!!
