My best catch dog was a beardie/border x greyhound, Hancock's Taffy, bred to an extremely fast, greyhoundy lurcher bitch. Caught me loads of hare and deer, when I did a lot of lamping. Tremendously fast, powerful dog, but not great on the stamina. But definitely NOT the best lurcher I've owned to live with, c**t did my head in on a regular basis!! If he he wasn't so good at his designated work, I'd have outed him long before the 12 years I had him.

Hehehe, with all of this 'hullabaloo' about dubois and parker etc, I showed my Mrs quite a few clips of dubois' press conferences etc etc over the last 3 years. Her reply to me, 'should he be allowed to fight, he seems to be a bit backwards?' I have to agree with her. He's never without Frank Warren to speak for him.
