How did the dog turn out Larry.? Even Whin bitches about them, but his was a great dog that he kept right up till she retired and she accounted for untold rabbits. A result of the work he put into her. Same with the previous collie x he ran. (can`t remember his breeding now) He just bitches now about any dog the he hasn`t bred himself. -

Cycling is easy to get into. Go out , buy bike, cycle it, job done !. Easy as that. If you fancy a bit harder training, there will be loads of Sunday runs and club runs locally who will have different groups going out at different speeds.

I cycle. Not competing but fast recreational cycling. Looking to do a few sportives this year so am dedicating more time to it. Also just bought a mountain bike as I better get into it before my bones are too brittle lol. Am 50 in a coupla years so better get into properly fit shape as it gets harder to get it back after a winter layoff from cycling. You definitely should do more as you get older, not slow down.

Mines was 150 quid. Is that overpriced ? £300 for a collie x is overpriced and yet some chancers ask a grand for some saluki cross that will only run away for a mile then stand and look at you like yer thick, lol.

People who sit and crab about dogs they don`t know and have never owned need to get a life and maybe get out and do a bit instead. If you like them, buy one, if you don`t like them, don`t buy one. Did mine decades ago ! lol Have run allsorts, from Harleys to Lambrettas. Ran a BMW GSA round Europe twice, and have traded it for a 1700cc Harley. Have 4 scooters tucked away as well, and have access to a pile of other bikes. Ran supermoto for 7 yrs and was fast as feck on them as well, but was getting too big for my boots so got asked to calm down and buy something sane. Pass yer test, but ffs buy somit calm for a bit, don`t make the mistake plenty have and go straight out and buy a Blade. ATB

not a bit of wonder your wife is taking it hard,its her mother and father and someday she wake up and they wont be there no more and all them lost yrs over an oul couple smoking ffs get a grip. Aye right ! I think maybe you need to get the grip really . I wouldn`t tell them to stop smoking in their own house, I simply wouldn`t take them there at all. I found a site today called AirBnB. Short term rooms for rent and the prices go pretty cheap as well. Hotel in Aberdeen is usually around £100 to £130 a night, BnB usually around 70 buck, this place had rooms for 30 quid and it gets cheaper if you rent for longer. Worth a look.
