Well that would be completely diff then wouldn't it if it was a friend or family member because you would have an emotional tie with that person. In that case i would do everything in my power to help them. If they threw it back in my face for doing so they would be on there own i'm afraid. Is Gordon Ramsay a cold hearted prick because he doesn't help his smackhead of a brother..........no!!! He has tried and had it thrown back in his face. There are people out there who want the help and people who dont and gazza falls into the latter, so he can take his own path as far as i am concerned.

Well what a big bad toughie you are,i wouldnt dare mess with you i couldnt compete with such a seriously intense and hard natured individual,you really are quite formidable No he probably wouldnt feel sorry for you.....but then who are you ? what joy have you given to the average man in the street? Yes he was an idol and yes he is now a laughing stock....but part of what makes a professional sportsman a great is mental strength,Gazza didnt have any,is that reason to pull him to shreds,no it just means despite his proven physical talent he wasnt blessed with mental strength and discipline...

Before you go off on a rant again i never called him a bum i said "some" might call him a bum. I dont feel sorry for him and thats that, would he feel sorry for me if i fell of the wagon.....would he f**k.The man had a chance to be 1 of the very best footballing talents England has ever produced and he threw that all away. No, I wouldn't. My brother is a keeper and when his headkeeper told him to flatten the brown hares on the estate (of which there are pleanty) and he could keep any money he got from the game dealer (abour £4 a hare) he was told to go and f**k himself. Some sportsmen have principles. I have mine. As Goliath said hares were born to run and lurchers were born to course - and although it's illegal in the eyes of the law it aint to many decent honerouble sportsmen including myself. I am not going to take the bait, as I know chimp put this up to deliberately provoke a reaction..
