I have a Dewalt first fix nail gun. Drives 90mm galvanised ringshanks all the way into good treated timber all day long. No Pasload, hitachi, air nailer, gas gun will do that. Great bit of kit. Maintenance free also. Just needs a bit of silicone spray to make the nails slide easily in the carrier. Cheers That's the kind of stuff I want to hear mate....seems a no brainier. Although I'm a fencer and my paslode does bang in 90s all the way no probs. The 'first fix' you mention...I'm guessing this is what I would call a 'roughing gun'...cheers

Wouldn't mind everyone's opinion on the dewalt nail gun. Seemingly better than paslode, battery lasts for ages and you don't have to buy gas? I've 2 paslode guns but I'd happily change to dewalt cause I could interchange my drill batteries with it.

Are you saying there are not guys who are specialists at this sort of stuff? Wow!!!! My Dad was heavily into greyhounds for many years and knew how to rub a dog down after a run but he realised there were a few guys out there that could just look at a dog and know there's a problem. The OP needs help with finding a problem and he needs to go to someone who knows what there doing......local bone man is the answer.

But a car is 12 feet long with windows all around it they not a long vehicle why do they need help They don't.....its just a courtesy thing from lorry drivers in particular.

Apologies for being flippant. You are correct in your last point that's for sure. So, help me because I am still confused, when I overtake you and you flash you are telling me it is safe to pull into the left hand lane? If that is the case then the car overtaking you that i haven't seen is in the middle lane, so the safest thing for me to do is pull into the left hand lane, which I would do whether you flashed me or not, unless I was overtaking another car or lorry. So are you flashing me to say it's okay to pull in or are you flashing me to remind me to pull in to avoid the car that I poss
