Really looking forward too Conor and Nate again at 170. A very different fight coming up for both. Conor will need to fight smart, I think he is far the better boxer and if he keeps it too boxing then I think a points win is on the cards. Nate will know what Conor can do now, if imagine he doesn't try and walk through punches and get it too the ground as soon as possible. Also a great fight coming up with Aldo v Edgar. I like Edgar but I'm hoping Aldo beats him, and beats him quick. Maybe stop folk saying Conor is running scared of Edgar..??

Ben Vorlich is my next port of call Lab ? ..fair play to your buddy,he must be one seriously fit guy!! He is that mate. Ran a few marathons. He is now in serous training for this though.

Nice photos again. A friend of mine had a big scare a few weeks back with his little girl and she was saved in the Royal Sick Kids. He raising money by running up Ben Vorlik 3 times.....think it's around 25mile. Doubt it will be easy.

I can see what your getting at. And although I didn't revel in it I just couldn't give a f**k about him,,.(that's if he was a thief).It also depends what you have seen and experienced in life and how that video compares to those experiences ....... I can understand that as well mate. In your profession you will have seen more than most....probably in circumstances where even people you know have ended up worse off. I get that. Be easy for you too say f**k him. Like I did also. Saying that if it did turn out he wasn't a thief is be inclined to feel a tad sorry for him. Not a nice way too go.
