theres fish everywhere you have been , ? spinning isnt allways the best ,try different ways ,ie float fishing ragworm or sandeel ,plugging early & late , its down to experience ,patience & time ,bass dont give themselves up , plenty of bass in all the places you mention ,especially now , cheers -
