  9. Thanks for the comments,Harry my bitch is 15month old now and is jst starting to calm down at times she had me wanting to throttle her but you can't you just got to keep calm, the best advice I could give with these dogs is create a good bond with them, the tug of war game was the best way I found with this pup,her retrieving is very good for this type of dog and this is down to this game. The fawn dog is my old dog jazz by far best dog I've ever had he's collie whippet grey beddie whippet grey, ive still got his dam at my mums 15yr old,his sire was a top fox dog from fleetwood, ive never bred off
  10. another of the same day she looks like she got the grasp early in life (11mnths) but like most pups got bored after waiting a while for a bolt, personally i think ferreting is a good way of getting pups going no matter what their bred for...just a personal view that works for me.

  16. I was having a conversation about this with a friend of mine and just wanted to know other people's opinions,I'm of the opinion also that small dogs mature quicker and reach there top speed earlier were as larger dogs perhaps reach top speed around 18 months to 2 years old. Jamie
  17. At what age do you think a pup/adult dog reaches it's full or maximum speed ??
