Frank, you know Frank, dogs are a lot like women, maybe the one you have, you would like to trade in for something better but then when you get another one you find that it has faults in other areas. I do not think there is a perfect anthing, close sometimes but perfect I do not think so, I think if you have a dog that suits you and what you do, and everybody is differant, then that is all that matters to you,who cares about what a lot of the clowns that post on here say,I think we can all sive through the people who are clowns and who are not, it always amuses me to read som

I respect your views Parkstone, you seem like a very knowlegable dog man but really I am a little confused, how many Laguna familys are there and when is a Laguna a Laguna and when is it not. I have a whippet dog who I imported from Mike Brown, he is a little on the large side,22'',nice size for over here, he is a great dog in my books, does every thing and more that I have asked him to do,turned out just like Mike said he would, beautifull dog smart,tough as nails, but the thing is, is he a Lagu

Hi Scotty, I have some lurcher pups under a infa red heat lamp at the moment,I use a 175 watt, hung from a chain so you can regulate the height of the heat, you can get higher wattage than that of course depening how much coverage you want, idealy they should be all spread out from the heat not right under it,useing the chain you have to change the height according to the temp. in the building, I use this method for young chicks also.It is not too bad here temp. wise at the moment,here in Southern Ontario it does not get as cold as in other parts, -5 at the moment, out west it is -20 to -30

Hi, I wonder if anybody had a similar experiance with foxes..... back in the early 70's in south Cumbria a freind of mine was out with his bedlington lurcher and his blue rough coated lakeland- patterdale terrier, back in those days not all patterdales were black and smoth coated and he came from good working stock from around Kendal, anyway his dogs put up a fox, ran it and cought it, when he got to them they were raging it and it appeared to him that it was dead, he thought nice work dogs, picked the fox up swung it round his head and threw it, as soon as that fox hit the ground it was off r
