    Hello, i have a polecat jill that seems unwilling to work. She goes down the holes no problem but comes up soon after. Seems to have no intrest in finding the rabbits at all and is a bugger to get out of the hole when we need to move on. She wont eat raw meat at all and is not interested in the rabbits i put in the cage for my other jill. Could this be the problem? I thought about starting it off with rabbit meat cat food?? Anyone had a similar experience, i think she could be really good as she is full of energy so i dont want to write her off completely. Any advice much appreciated

    Hello, i am new to ferreting and i really want to get into it. Ive got two ferrets and a bit of gear but im lacking knowledge and experience. I am based in Kent and i was wondering if anyone in the area wouldnt mind if i tagged along on a trip? i would be really grateful for your time? Many Thanks

    I had one that contained a rabbit 3 weeks ago but it went back down the hole and slipped out of the net. Other than that nothing yet Thanks

    Just got into ferreting this winter although ive had my two jills for about 2 years. I have only tried small warrens around the farm and have had no luck. I am sure that the rabbits are there becasue i often see them above ground, but when i net them up and put the ferret in they come up after about 3 minutes before disapearing and re-surficing soon after. This game goes on for about 10-15 minutes. I have tried picking them up each time they come and putting them into another hole but still no luck. Im sure i am doing something really wrong and would really appreciate any information on the sp
