    Cheers for the Rabbit etc... Mr.Hunter, the kids are over the moon with it. Yeh, your correct, i know a lot of Lads who keep PET Rabbits for there Kids, ANY DOG with half a brain soon gets to know whats OUT OF BOUNDS, my lot DONT go anywhere near the Rabbit Cages As for trying to educate some ???? WASTING YOUR TIME i think there is some CRACKING GENUINE LADS on here and a lot of Gobsh*tes but hey, thats life. I am sure there is a lot on here who only went to School for there Dinners Thanks once again

    I know it's the wrong section but i thought i would have more chance on here getting hold of some. I am after a few 15 Foot Mark 1 Collar Battery Caps (2 Battery Type) I found out a Gun Shop in Lincoln had some so i rang and they sent me there last 4 available in stock. When they arrived they are the WRONG TYPE the code on them is FE 1017 Battery Cap fits FE 1004 so if they are any good to you??????? Drop me a PM and i will post them out to you FREE OF CHARGE

    Looks like you had a good day Ferretville i love Ferreting them Hedgebacks the sport can often be fast and furious. What i do is the same as you, Longnets either side,Purse Nets over the easy accessible Holes then a couple of well placed Stop Nets Set. What i do though is every so often is place a piece of PVC Facia/Soffit Board in the Hedge which stops the Rabbits running the length of the Hedge, they come to the piece of board and make a break for it, 9 times out of 10 they Run straight into either the Longnet or one of your Stopnets. Next time you see anyone getting there Facia/Soff

    I use 10z for all my Purse Nets but, wouldnt fancy lugging a 10z Longnet about allday or night

    Had some great Sport over the years Ferreting Whin. Had the privilege to Ferret on some Good Grouse Moors over the years where you can take large numbers of Rabbits. I can remember the days when i would scratch about the local hedgebacks ALL DAY and come back with half a Dozen, ripped to shreds and p*ss wet through but, i wouldnt change any of that as it makes you appreciate a good bit of permission when you get it. Most from a Dig/Stop End 7 2 Rabbits in the SAME NET Once Bolted Cats,Moorhens,Shellduck once and picked up quite a few lost Ferrets over the years. Most in a Days Ferre

    Ferreting today on a Gorse Bank around a Resevoir and Bolted a Young Rabbit, it was about the size of a fist so around 6-8 weeks Old? I Gutted a couple a few weeks ago after a Day's Ferreting around Scotch Corner and they had Young in them about the size of a Thumb Nail, is everyone still coming across Young Rabbit's and Milky Does???????? When i gutted the 35 from today, there was no sign of any of the Does being in Kit.

    Been using 10z Nets for years with BIG Rings on them and they purse faster than a Greyhound out of trap 6 . I have Ferreted with different Lads over the Years who HAVE LEARNT NOTHING i have seen Lads lay Purse Nets that would never hold a Rabbit as long as i have got an Hole in my A*se, Holes not cleaned out of twigs, Nets caught up on roots etc..... the list is endless but my all time favourite is when some Clown stretches the Net the Max, tiny bit of Net at the mouth of the Hole and the rest spread out across the turf thats a lump of soil for f*ck sake, the Rabbit comes from the HOLE
